Loki RXTON 9 new sponge.

The arc and second bounce are lethal, but speed is average. Even on full swing counters to open-ups it lacks tempo.

That was my experience with a lot of "H3 replacement" rubbers. Dianchi D to now is the closest, but it's visibly less elastic at high swing speed especially in counters against topspin. Shame if Rxton 9 is the same.

I wonder why? Softer sponge that's more forgiving at medium speed at the expense of being less stiff at high speed?

I think just Kailin does not have as high "efficiency" as national oils. I wonder how much Seamoon it would take...

The 37.5 was easy to curl. I actually used two layers of Falco Tempo Long. Hope it will last longer.

To be fair, a non boosted H3neo behaves exactly the same. Rather the R9 feels like a high quality version of the h3. I will report back how it plays boosted tho tonight.

I boosted the R9 39 with unholy amount of booster, and now it seems to be way more alive.

I played today first time. Support is gone, power is stupid, spin is stupid++. Blade is singing. I hope it is going to go down, now this is too fast for me. The grip is too high, the balls are toxic. The rubber become bouncy when I first glued it. Unfortunately I am a bloody idiot and apart from reboosting it, I also added more glue. The curl was so high I was not sure if its going to stick I added additional layer. I think it might have contributed to the excellent feeling.

This feels amazing not going to lie. I need go go multi ball to try and practice more predictibly.

Please take this comment with a grain of salt. Its first training honeymoon. I can no longer push, the rubber is too grippy. I need to go and practice on thursday with the robot to re-adjust basic.

How many layer you put overall ?? 2 before first gluing then 1 after ? Black oil ?

2 layers initially, and it was not very fast. 6 thin layers Kailin. I do the thing where i touch the brush to the edge of the container so it is thin layer. I need to weigh the rubber.

Boosted Dianchi D (with the factory booster still fresh) is still noticeably worse than boosted H3 although it's not as drastic.

Ok, match play showed, that it is almost identical to h3. I will test again tmrw on my trusted Harimoto Super Alc and have a final verdict.

What do you mean ? Arc, speed, spin, feeling? All the same ?

I am interested to use the Loki Rxton 9 BS neo. I play Quan Shi Bao, I sold the final sheets. I won't order them again, too complicated to order, and I imagine a Loki rxton 9 can be very similar. If it is easier to play than h3 on long run after the 2 weeks of boost honeymoon, for a cheaper price and better QC.

Additionnaly I am confused about the Rxton 9 versions. Here you talk about the new sponge, which Rxton 9 cover is this one ? Is the bluesponge the new one, or the orange sponge ? I am used to blue sponge with Quan Shi Bao, and was used to the H3 BS.

A lot of players have said that LJK and "PRO" is bad and dead. I would avoid it.

I'm using the R9 National BS and Loving it so far for forehand.

Don't buy the Pro player it has only negative feedback from what I've read

I found the NEO, thanks a lot. Would be sad If I bought the regular BS Rxton9 for it to be discontinued. But Damn, 14$ is cheap. Has anyone tried the Rxton 9 OS 37° and the H8-80 37°. I play H8-80 37° on the BH, but if the Rxton 9 new sponge can suits my BH, it means 30$ for both sheets. Instead of 30€ one sheets. That makes it easier to change every 2 months when the booster dies lol. (I don't do that, but if the rubber is that cheap, I might)

Its 14$ NET, you have to add euro vat and euro customs fees. It ends up being about 21$ per sheet. Which in this market is extremely good.

yeah, I got rubbers February, but my R9 just does not want to die. I will keep sending updates. I will see how it goes. I purchased spares, taking into account C53 life, i think it might be longer though.

I'm not up at your level and just change rubbers at about 6 months but interested so checked it out. No legit Rxton 9s under 35$ US here. provincial is about 25, neo about 40 and pro about 60. what they call the 'market version' is about 20.
