I really wonder how they plan the game while playing so fast.. They need to see other opponent move, then also judge the ball spin.. then decide their shot.. how do they accomplish all this while playing rocket fast ? Amazing..........

lots of hours training does this to you ... the more you do something the better you get at it

i reckon the whole idea of training is to remove the conscious mind from the decision making process, thus freeing you up to think about the strategy and tactics and not the mechanics of what you are doing.
