Wide shoes

Hi everyone. I have not yet found table tennis shoes that really fit m. My foot is extra wide, and most shoe companies don't make a shoe that fits me. The size is probably from 8 to 9 us sizes. They don't have to be table tennis shoes but shoes that will be good for lateral movement and other necessary parts of a shoe like that. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

You could try these out, this outfit looks like they got enough XXXW shoes, but they are for tennis, maybe close enough for what you need to do.

The bottom looks like it might leave black marks, so maybe no Bueno.

Another forum (Tennis) suggested Air Monarch under $50, still hard to find 4E wide shoes with gum sole though.

I would recommend you to try to find a TT store where you can try the shoe before buying it. In my experience it can be really hard to get the size right if you ordering from an online store.

Ironically, I got a pair of combat boots that would fit you, my footsies are a little wide and I got boots that would fit with THICK Morino Wool socks 9 Extra Wide haha.

Imagine you playing TT in those, you would have to dress up like Rambo.

I haven't bought anything yet. I got these from the cross trainers you gave the link to. These advertise "anti-slip" which seems like a good table tennis shoe.

try some of the asics volleyball shoes. volleyball/badminton shoes would be your best bet. both are very light and extremely grippy, they are made for a lot of side steps as well hence will be very suitable for table tennis

Some clubs might give you a hard time with black bottom possibly leaving marks, so maybe the ones with white and grey bottom save you the pain. (from manager)

The 857s have grey rubber where it meets the floor and size 9 4E is a reasonable $67.70
