Dignics80 gets my vote.

Most versatile, easy to play with, works on both sides FH/BH, very forgiving, fast, unusual spin, very controllable, pairs with all ALC/ZLC blades, used by amateurs/intermediates/pro’s.

It’s the one-size-fits-all rubber IMO. Jack of all trades, master of some (mid-distance play, very unusual spin, punch shots)

I was hesitant to try it coz of many weird reviews saying this rubber is for pros, too high throw, too unique feeling/behavior etc. What did I really get is super controllable and forgiving FH rubber that has medium to flat trajectory on any half decent stroke and very nice short game. The only regret about 09c is that I didnt buy it earlier

There is no best table table tennis rubber money can buy. That question doesn't really make sense. You could ask the same question about cars and you would get many different answers. Some might say the F1 racing car that winning the championship right now, others may say the most luxurious Rolls Royce or whatever. It depends on what is best for who and what. I have D09C still unused and can afford Hurricane National whatever but that's not what I'm playing.

The best rubbers for me right now are Stiga Mantra Pro H for BH and Xiom C55 or Loki Arthur China for the FH.

If we’re talking best value for money then it’s provincial H3N Blue. But if it’s just what’s the best rubber then we have to say the star Hurricane 3’s that are sold for like $75 USD on Prott which also sells supposed actual versions of H3N used by the CNT like WCQ, ML, Sha Sha etc. Maybe that is the best rubber that can be bought if they are the actual rubbers used by the CNT
