Beating the world number one, you need to be fearless and take high risky shots, hoping these shots may land on that day. And today is that day, so far, Coton has landed the most of these shots.

It’s clearly visible that Wang has stepped up his short game and he’s starting to figure out Coton’s patterns in this 4th game.
if coton doesn’t adjust it’ll be a very 1 sided decider

WCQ is still getting flamed. First nearly lost to Oh Junsung now Coton. Huge respect to Coton tho. I doubt even felix would have got 2 sets off WCQ.

Game 1 was the difference. France could have been leading 1-0 right now. Oh well guess they have to go on the long route instead.

Huge respect for Coton and I don’t think Felix would have done better against WCQ.

In the last game, at 9:8 with Coton serving, WCQ executed a long push, the rarely used serve return by him throughout the match. Coton certainty didn't anticipate the push resulting an outright error totally missing the ball.
That's the experience in decision making at championship level.

OTOH, WCQ would have been 2-0 had Coton not been so fortunate in G1, G2 and G5. Coton served into the net twice in G3 and yet took it due to the flow disruption.
