I ordered some rubbers from them and followed up a couple of weeks later - got an email response saying "Order ID XXXX is updated. Order status is Shipped" - got my order about a week later.

Sorry, I can't comment properly as I haven't used the Timo Boll ZLC. I mention in the review that is slower and softer than the Viscaria though so hopefully that can help your comparison.
