  1. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

Hm, rather: MK FX is spinnier, yes. [correction: I meant grippier. Whether I can generate same amount of spin, I cannot say for sure, since this is probably impeded by my lack of proper technique and power). But for me, right now: a bit easier to generate spin, also in serves.] In short...
  2. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

Bear in mind that I have not tested this extensively, that I am new to hybrids and overall an intermediate returning player, so I am only describing my impressions from a single session. The total weight of my racket is now 174.3 g; with the blade contributing 88 g and the edge tape 1.5 g, this...
  3. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

Got me a Nuzn 45, red, in 2.1mm today. Payed 40€ at my local dealer. Gonna try it out tonight and report back.
  4. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

But G1 is 5° harder, so I meant relative to their hardness. But to illustrate what I mean: I feel that the MK-Fx (45°) is way easier in the short game than both the softer Vega Euro (42.5°) as well as the harder Vega X (47.5°). Btw., I never heard the G1 described as hybrid in any sense...
  5. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

Am I right in the assumption – or rather feeling, from reading these threads – that the Nuzn rubbers are also hybrids in the sense that they are slow/un-catapulty when playing soft and without much power (short game), ant gears up a bit with tensor-like feeling when putting some speed behind...
  6. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

Oh, I have forgot to change my signature. I played the Euro H on a blade donated to me, that I haven’t played for some weeks, so it’s hard to compare. Will try it out next time again, but my feeling is that it was a much more “dead” feeling. Less catapult, even when hitting hard, so less dynamic...
  7. Help - Rubbers for Xiom Hayabusa ZL Pro

Did you come to any conclusion or tests?
  8. DHS Hurricane 3 versions in 2025

So guys, could you tell me what version of Hurricane one gets if ordering the this one from TT11? Description is only »DHS Hurricane 3 Neo«, price is €36.79. Is this a version even worth getting, if one wants to dip one’s toes into this whirly water of Chinese rubbers?
  9. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

I’m of panscandinavian origin. Living in Germany for the moment.
  10. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

OT: but since it’s on sale: Do you have experiences with buying from TT11 to Germany, regarding tax and import fees? Anyone, and maybe @SlowPower ?
  11. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

Would be interesting to know what you have paired it with on BH. Today, I tried flipping by bat to try out my Tibhar Hybrid MK FX on backhand. Immediately felt better in all aspects than my normal BH (Vega Europe) – More Control and more gears in all directions.
  12. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

Great report! Do you play it on both sides, and with what blade?
  13. Matching FH and BH rubber

Hi there, how did you process? Still playing V>15 SF and also on FH? What is your report, one year later?
  14. New Andro NUZN 48 and 45

I’m also hypothetically interested in reports. I just started playing Tibhar MK-FX on FH and liking it very much, so when it wears out (which, allegedly, happens fairly quickly) I would perhaps also consider Nuzn45.
  15. Returning player (AR+/OFF–) looking for versatile rubbers for Xiom Hugo HAL [no longer: Cybershape Wood]

Thanks all! The seller had around 40 rubbers for testing, so so he kindly glued me two rubbers (in return for a donation to their coffee fund). So now I have FH: Tibhar Hybrid MK-FX (unknown thickness) BH: Xiom Vega Europe 1.8mm Edit: 2.0 mm After glueing, we played in the store for 20 minutes...
  16. Returning player (AR+/OFF–) looking for versatile rubbers for Xiom Hugo HAL [no longer: Cybershape Wood]

Thanks a lot for your input, that is really helpful! First step seems easy then, I’ll just slap the O7europe on BH (The V Europe is with 1.8mm too far from the current Vega X setup, I believe). So you tend to advise against any medium non-tacky hybrid on FH, correct? Still, just for my...
  17. Returning player (AR+/OFF–) looking for versatile rubbers for Xiom Hugo HAL [no longer: Cybershape Wood]

Thanks for taking your time to share your thoughts, I do mean it! You are probably right about some of it. One thing about forums, though, is that one rarely sees what is happening in the background—only the issues tend to get articulated. So, with the risk of sounding a smidgen defensive, I...
  18. Returning player (AR+/OFF–) looking for versatile rubbers for Xiom Hugo HAL [no longer: Cybershape Wood]

Ok, so in yesterday's training session I played for an hour with a friend’s bat. She had a Victas Swat Carbon with FH: Tibhar Hybrid K1 2.0 mm BH: Xiom Vega Europe 1.8mm Since I’ve played Vega Europe on many blades now, I am confident to say that the her and my blades are somewhere in the same...
  19. Returning player (AR+/OFF–) looking for versatile rubbers for Xiom Hugo HAL [no longer: Cybershape Wood]

But the Omega VII Europe is still softer (45°) than Vega X, right?
  20. Tibhar Hybrid MK review

Thanks. Sounds like a sound choice. As I wrote above, I immediately liked K1, but it's easy to overestimate oneself, so will probably go with V>15SS or actually Nuzn 45 on FH if you recommend it. Is it also, like all other candidates, fairly insensitive for incoming spin?
