  1. Who has the best push game?

It is not underrated, it is just a hard shot with no payoff. Below USA 2000 rating there is no need for this shot: To push short you need to first get a short ball, and it does not happen often. Then you need to step in, lean in, push carefully with your body off the bounce (which is very hard...
  2. Suggestion for forehand rubber (intermediate player, blade: OSP Virtuoso off-)

G1 is great in the short game, it will give you a ton of touch and control on Virtuoso. Most Xiom rubbers have catapulty sponges, so it is harder to serve/return short.
  3. Pongbot Nova S Pro owners' review and discussion thread

    >> literally😭 crying OK, I will make sure not to buy it. Thanks for the info though. The robot should just work, not make you cry (at least until the robot uprising).
  4. 🚨 What Is Your BIGGEST Problem In Table Tennis At The Moment?

My biggest problem is my reaction time to FH balls. It is like I am often surprised I get a ball down the line and I panic. I am trying to shorten my backswing and just take such balls by turning (from the neutral position you are almost ready to hit a FH shot if you turn a bit). Also, my...
  5. My Robot died -- what's next ?

I cried a little. Poor little robot.
  6. Best carbon blade for stepping up from wood

Someone in my club has it, and I tried it. It is not too fast, great for looping.
  7. OSP Virtuoso+ vs Vurtuoso AC

Up. Did anyone play with these two blades, Virtuoso+ and Virtuoso AC? Any colour on how they play vs regular Virtuoso?
  8. OSP Virtuoso+ vs Vurtuoso AC

Hi, I am looking for a faster blade, since after 12y+ my OSP Virtuoso is way too slow for me. I am currently playing with a Ma Lin Carbon that I had laying around, G1 on the FH and Tenergy19 on the BH. Don't like the handle on it though, and the craftsmanship of OSP makes me wanna get another...
  9. Tips for the backhand loop technique

You gotta unlock your wrist, bro. Seriously though, it is like it is locked in the video. In reality most of the spin should come from the wrist. This is your biggest problem atm.
  10. Stable All+/Off- setup

Is Virtuoso Plus really that fast? I have a regular Virtuoso, and I feel it is too slow for me at this point. I can make faster shots using legs and body rotation + swinging faster, but regular shots are not that fast. You could get slightly thinner rubbers. Like go down 2.1->1.9 or 1.9->1.7mm.
  11. Sports Betting sites

You gotta be very naive to play this game. If you start winning money consistently, they will simply ban you. Happened to some people I know. It a lose-lose game.
  12. Post your latest EJ purchase

Played for 2 hours. 30 min practice and 1.5h of games. Tenergy 19 is a straight up upgrade over Vega Europe (except it feels like Tenergy 1.9mm is heavier than Vega Europe Max). Somehow even in the short game it is better than Europe. Banana is good, looping/blocking, everything is great right...
  13. Post your latest EJ purchase

Not really EJ since I have been using mostly the same rubbers for 10y+ (Vega Japan/Pro FH, Vega Europe BH on OSP Virtuoso): Just bought Fastarc G1 1.8mm (FH) and Tenergy 19 1.9mm (BH). Slapped them on an old Ma Lin Carbon. The idea is that G1 should be similar to Vega Pro, but less bouncy in...
  14. How long do rubbers last?

Given the amount of time you play, 1 year+. Xiom Vega line are very durable.
