My favorite ESN rubber, I use FX on BH right now. I used to use the regular one but I switched to H3. If I was going to use an ESN rubber on FH I would use Tibhar Hybrid MK (have not tried Pro yet).

Spin and angle goes hand in hand. Given the same speed the one with more spin usually throws higher. Given the same spin, a fast one throws lower than a slow.
You could probably get something faster and spinnier, don’t ask me to suggest.

Don't want to confuse You but,
Donic WC89 is a great series, They all come with a top layer of spruce which will give lot of feel.
Pick the one You feel You can handle.
Nittaku S-CZ is a great substitution for Appelgren WC89, its super slow for an outer blade but its one of my absolute...
No retailed review, just a few opinions.
It has been said before, no other design feels like a 1 ply blade.
The Amagi all+ will be a lot slower than Your 1 ply.
It is not very crisp, quite the opposite due to its limited thickness (5.5mm)
It has a lot of flex and easy to loop and serve with...
It’s way more difficult to find a good coach and get training in a club if you are a defender. Every single coach I ever encountered is almost 100% focused on offense…

Its very difficult to perceive where Truls stroke will land, and on FH will need a little longer to react.
If you compare to Tomos previous match where he could just stand in on place (almost) and hit right back.
Tomo simply didn't have enough time to react.

I think so, I am suffering from tennis elbow and I tried lighter blades… they simply don’t work so now I try to ignore it. And behold it’s getting better.
Yes I thing for every player there is a perfect weight and balance…

Do you add your own glue and do you boost it?
I was under the impression that due to the glue layer and pretreated sponge it must be heavier and that the glue layer was kind of useless…
