  1. What rubber to get next?

These are two good questions. But my initial reaction also was "why change?" - there is no need to look for an "upgrade" every time you change a rubber. Get new sheets of the same if you´re satisfied and keep practicing :-) But if curiousity wins over reason, I agree with Lazer that nearly...
  2. Going from inner to outer carbon blade?

Both the "Inner vs. Outer" and the "All wood vs. Carbon" discussions suffer a little from generalization. A blade with fibres on the core should have a better feeling than the same construction with the same weight, but fibres below the top plies. However, in many cases blades of the same name...
  3. Elbow getting very sore.... would a lighter racket help?

Don´t worry, that should come back, and hopefully the pain will not. Best of luck with the new blade.
  4. Andro Nuzn 50 and 55

That sounds unusual. I have never had any other rubber that does so exactly what I want it to do, and does exactly what the feeling at the moment of impact tells me. I agree that it doesn´t feel very hard compared to other 50 degree sponge rubbers, but as a step onwards from 05fx a previous...
  5. Elbow getting very sore.... would a lighter racket help?

Novacell. Specs indicate a range between 71 and 80. Might be worth a try, if resting and healing is no option ;-)
  6. Elbow getting very sore.... would a lighter racket help?

Tibhar Illusion Killer and Tibhar Fortino Performance. But they are not amongst those you´ll see around with 60 grams, and like I said getting one with 80 would not help much in my opinion...
  7. Elbow getting very sore.... would a lighter racket help?

My two cents: If 177 grams are a problem, 5 less wouldn´t solve it. You have a light and as you say well-balanced setup and you love it. Changing one rubber and continuing to play, hoping the pain will go away, doesn´t seem like a good idea. Rest, doctor´s advice, treatment sound better to me...
  8. Patrick Franziska not using signature Blade

With some manufacturers, you can have two dozen competition blades plus two dozen readymades named after you and never use a single one of those. ;-)
  9. Patrick Franziska not using signature Blade

In this generalized form I would disagree. Some might, others would rather not. Trying something different when things go wrong is another story, but you´d have to be really disappointed with yourself, maybe on a rare occasion with a bad batch of rubbers provided to you.
  10. Spin battle : ovtcharov alc vs timo boll alc

There are different kinds of "good", so it´s pretty much impossible to give a definite answer. It all comes down to personal preferences and capabilities. Same blade weight and same rubbers will still result in different answers from different people. And one more thing: Many people might...
  11. Patrick Franziska not using signature Blade

Indeed. But when supplying a player who has a signature blade they could use that one´s handles, if just to avoid discussions like this ;-)
  12. move from TimoBoll ALC to innerfoce blade

Or take a look at the new Outerforce range, if it has to be Butterfly. They´re targeted at people who find regular outer fibre blades too fast, and they´re also competitively priced.
  13. move from TimoBoll ALC to innerfoce blade

Other words for what I mean ;-)
  14. move from TimoBoll ALC to innerfoce blade

This is a bit theoretical and about the fibre only. Don´t forget to consider the blade´s weight, thickness and its top veneer. If you are satisfied with the setup in general and overshoot on blocks "from time to time" I am not so sure that a different blade is necessary and even less sure it...
  15. Tips for when you hate your new rubber?

What would help in assessing the problem from the outside: which was your previous rubber and what is the new one? What could be tried to solve the problem: Take off the rubbers and glue them again, sometimes a bad glue job ruins it all.
  16. Hybrid Rubbers

One you didn´t mention: andro NUZN plays great without boosting AND lasts as long as a regular Tensor rubber. It is only slightly sticky and plays closer to a normal Tensor rubber than any other made in Germany hybrid, which is why some will tell you it´s not a hybrid - but andro product...
  17. Benedikt Duda, new Rubber?

Even amongst the pro rubbers there can be some bad apples. They will not be as bad as those that appear in mass production, but then a player at that level would quite probably be more sensitive to slight imperfections ;-)
  18. best tt shoe?

I would say true to size, but no two feet are the same... As a small hint maybe, I bought Asics in UK 11 before and now it´s UK 11 for the Andro.
  19. Would you like if ex pros would unretire for a few games?

He is back in Romania since 2014 but I do not exactly know what he´s doing these days, probably coaching somewhere. As an 8 times World Championship player and 1 time Olympic Games participant he´s quite probably worth checking out ;-)
