  1. Tenergy 05fx vs C1 for BH

I'm more leaning towards the T05fx, might even try the T19 in 1.9mm thickness to be safer. I realized that I need softer rubbers and I'm not 100% sure if the harder C1 is a good fit. I might try that nevertheless at a later point in time.
  2. Tenergy 05fx vs C1 for BH

I'm FH dominant, so T05 was not problematic to handle, but the BH chops and short push is something I have to improve and I'm thinking if softer T05fx would help me compared to the harder C1. I'm better off with softer T05 on FH than the harder G1, Should I use the same logic and go with softer...
  3. Tenergy 05fx vs C1 for BH

How will the hardness between the two rubbers be? C1 being harder than the normal Tenergy 05, I'm not sure if I can feel the rubber when I do the short strokes.I used the T05 on FH and I liked it. I now use G1 on FH as I cannot afford Tenergy 05 due to it's price. If the Tenergy 05 costed 40...
  4. Tenergy 05fx vs C1 for BH

I'm planning to get one of these for BH on Nittaku Inner Carbon (acoustic), would like to know the difference between the two. C1 is harder compared to 05fx, but I need one which can open backspin's with ease. I can adjust blocking no matter which rubber, but opening backspin is important to me...
  5. My experience - Forehand rubbers for Nittaku Acoustic IC and DHS 301

Did you try G-1 on the Nittaku IC? If you say harder rubbers suit the IC best, then what is your take on G-1?
  6. FH Rubber for ALC Blade

How good is T05 durability? I'm noticing a deterioration in its capabilities. The same shot which cleared the net few sessions earlier are now landing on the net. I have to adjust to compensate for this. I'm not satisfied with the durability of this rubber. One of the reasons why I never use...
  7. Nittaku Accoustic Inner Carbon G-Revision FL Comparison

Tried but no luck, still the same effect!
  8. Nittaku Accoustic Inner Carbon G-Revision FL Comparison

I had another session testing both the Nittaku Inner Carbon and the Harimoto alc. I still feel like the Nittaku has some dead spots which puts the ball flat into the net. Those felt almost like the blade had no power at all. Some of the BH blocks flew over the table (have Rakza Z). Later on I...
  9. Nittaku Accoustic Inner Carbon G-Revision FL Comparison

I cannot say at the moment, but I find the Nittaku more controllable than the Harimoto alc from Butterfly. May be my choice of rubber on the Harimoto is too fast. I have the Tenergy 05 for the FH, while I have G-1 on the Nittaku.
  10. Nittaku Accoustic Inner Carbon G-Revision FL Comparison

It is getting comfortable to use. Will report later on as I do even more sessions. But I'm more using this than Harimoto alc.
  11. Expensive table tennis blades.. why not?

From my experience, if you can play decent enough loops, top-spins, blocks both on BH and FH, you'd be better of with slightly faster blades than all wood. But the trick here is that if you switch to a faster blade, you need some time to get used to it, meaning you need to adjust your technique...
  12. Nittaku Accoustic Inner Carbon G-Revision FL Comparison

Only on the FH yes! Will try that as well
  13. Nittaku Accoustic Inner Carbon G-Revision FL Comparison

I did not notice this with the other blades that I have used in the past. It looks dubious as I'm kind of plaing the same shot.
  14. Nittaku Accoustic Inner Carbon G-Revision FL Comparison

I did glue it proper as far as I can remember. Will check with a bounce test if this is the case and will post here.
  15. Nittaku Accoustic Inner Carbon G-Revision FL Comparison

It feels lot better now to control it. I'm getting hang of it slowly. I feel that sometimes with FH, around the bottom left of my blade, the blocks kind of land on the net, kind of bottoming out. It feels strange as I'm not doing any wierd movement. It just feels like that part of the blade has...
  16. Slower Setup for Harimoto alc

May be my technique with receiving the same serve on my FH was to chop it back to couter the spin and I did not do that when I received the same serve on the long side of my BH. I was just trying to slightly push the ball and it just flew a few times with a catapultic effect. Was strange and did...
  17. Slower Setup for Harimoto alc

I now have the Harimoto alc with T05 FH and Rakza 7 BH and I had the chance to play against a strong opponent today. I was sometimes unable to control the serve return and sometimes the Rakza 7 just shot the ball outside of the table when receiving serves on BH. I'm now thinking of experimenting...
  18. Harimoto Innerforce Super ALC

I did not know there is a super alc Harimoto. What is the difference between this and the Harimoto alc?
