  1. Anyone get their hands on Rasanter C45 yet?

Whether something is better or worse depends on how much you do short push, long push, flick, block, opening up, punch, counter topspin etc. And your physical ability and skill level. In my case, I use RPB so I don't use my BH rubber for pushes, low end bounciness is fine as long as I can block...
  2. Anyone get their hands on Rasanter C45 yet?

higher low end bounciness with the same top end power would not be a tradeoff but an upgrade😊 It makes sense for someone who use it on the BH, playing a fast rhythm close to the table game (wants speed with low/medium input) but rarely away from the table (low requirement on top end power).
  3. Hybrid Alternatives

Sometimes it's not QC issue but they are updating the rubber without telling anyone (sometimes you can tell from the sponge stamp, but rarely anything is written on package so you wouldn't know until you bought it).
  4. 729 Bloom Power

Can harder rubbers take more boosting in general? What would happen if a H41 H3 is boosted to H38👀
  5. Best alternative to Stiga DNA Platinum M (47'5)

I find new colour rubbers generally have tougher topsheet, so maybe give quantum X pro a go?
  6. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

interesting observation. I will try to remember to do this if my LAC bubbles. So far it has survived 7.5 hours.
  7. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

That stamp looks like the old version. Rxton 9 is already factory boosted.
  8. Aibiss vs Glayzer 09c

Butterfly stops making aibiss, so I wouldn't recommend looking into that. If it is indeed the best rubber for you, then good luck buying all the remaining stock (probably quite a lot, it is not a popular rubber).
  9. Yinhe or Sanwei Balls?

personally I find them serviceable. good enough for practice matches but not tournament level.
  10. How to play against Flat Fast Attack player

Besides the method you mentioned (heavy push + counter attack), try to keep your loop to land deep and see if you can slow him down or push him away from the table. Cross over may be a good target; try to force him to pivot. Or extremely wide, possibly with some sidespin so he can't find the...
  11. Yinhe or Sanwei Balls?

it was from the GOO store, the 12 balls one. Pink one feels softer. They claim it's better for spin but i don't notice it. Personally I prefer the blue one over the pink one. For reference, I also think the normal DHS 3* soft for my taste.
  12. Yinhe or Sanwei Balls?

I prefer Yinhe blue than Sanwei. I have bought both multiple times and the print on the Sanwei ball is less consistent (sometimes very thick). That doesn't affect its performance though, they are in the same ball park. The blue Sanwei is a lot more expensive I think; seems to be the export...
  13. Post your latest EJ purchase

Early bird deal on Aliexpress, £13.5 with edge tape, bat case and tax. 6mm thick, feel less head heavy than the old U2 I have.
  14. Why do only Chinese players use DHS rubbers?

If you are looking for the best unboosted rubber, you'd probably buy a Dignics (or a top-tier tensor). If you are looking for the best boosted rubber, you'd probably buy a Hurricane. Now, would DHS not want to produce their own Dignics? I'm sure they do, but I am not sure they can. Companies...
  15. Why do only Chinese players use DHS rubbers?

IMO first DHS don't have the motivation for that. Hurricane is still the best seller, and next to zero pro players are getting caught by boosting with current regulations. So little push from either amateurs or pro players. Second it is easier said than done. Tenergy was the best rubber after...
  16. How do you minimize unassembled downtime when boosting?

8 of the same...are they the one shown on your profile? how much do they differ in weight and/or frequency?
  17. Price increase at TT11?

IIRC rakzas and fastarcs were around 40 EUR. Most rubbers seem to have a 20-25٪ price increase.
  18. Why do only Chinese players use DHS rubbers?

Tenergy I agree with, not sure about carbon blades. Some of them are not faster than 7 plies.
  19. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

How much does your VSEA weight? Does it have a larger head than usual blades?
  20. Waldner uses Bluestar A1

I have two answers: - Bluegrip is harder and tackier. Bluestar is probably closer to what he have used before (albeit also a hybrid rubber). - He no longer competes professionally, so he just uses the latest top tier Donic rubbers (Bluestar is newer than Bluegrip), it is all about marketing.
