  1. Alternative to rakza Z FH

    Dignics 09c
  2. Recordings of me playing with my senior

Thank you for the feedback. I may have over exaggerated trying to make the swing smaller and end up stopping the stroke through the ball too early. Maybe next time I should try to keep even lower and spinnier. I’ve found though that he hits the ball early off the bounce for most of the session...
  3. What composite blade type is closest to offensive all-wood blade? (for example Acoustic)

Well, I used to be a single sided jpen, and have heard wonders about 1 ply hinoki. I found a nittaku miyabi round jpen back in my mom's hometown and bought it for a price im quite contented with. It's feeling and touch is top notch, and never had a case of short game going out of the table...
  4. I got a new racket, what do I do with the old ones?

He threw it as the cork on the handle was disintegrating really badly you know in conjunction with ultra humid southeast Asian weather. Mold on the sriver too.
  5. Recordings of me playing with my senior

Hello! It's been sometime since the last videos and earlier this afternoon I took some more videos of me playing my senior. Basically same set up as last time. I'm the one with the glasses. Took feedback that I should make my swing smaller and stay lower, knees wider than my shoulders. Below...
  6. What composite blade type is closest to offensive all-wood blade? (for example Acoustic)

About more powerful not sure but for me I find my 1 ply hinoki faster than a much thinner and carbon layered yinhe 988.
  7. I got a new racket, what do I do with the old ones?

My dad's worst regret was throwing away his old Senkoh 1 jpen with sriver. This will last, a reminder or hinoki for 'em carbon fanboys
  8. I got a new racket, what do I do with the old ones?

I think you should just keep it as a secondary bat. That's what I did with my old yinhe 988 with volant 1. Plus one sided jpen is fun! The sound.
  9. I got a new racket, what do I do with the old ones?

If only I can find it in jpen let alone afford. Lol 😆 Obviously too good for current skills tho
  10. Good blade for penhold short pips hitter

    Oh well too late.
  11. Good blade for penhold short pips hitter

I suggest blade being the Yasaka Ma Lin Extra Offensive, and rpb rubber for starters try esp tensor rubbers, medium thick sponge. Maybe try like me Yasaka Rakza 7 2.0mm, or for the arc Fastarc c-1 or maybe To5fx? Not to sure about the last one. Can’t give suggestions for a rubber type I have...
  12. O

Same. Less on power more on placement and it should get the job done.

  13. Elbow getting very sore.... would a lighter racket help?

The best thing to do is to rest for awhile and take anti inflammatory medication. Don't do what I did where I continued playing a lot even after my knees were very sore and starting to be painful. It left my right knee very sore and had a "tick" "tack" sound evrytime you stretch out orpull in...
  14. Post your latest EJ purchase

Bought a pack of 60 double fish v40+ white tt balls, 42% discount with shopee vouchers. More good balls to have and to lose lol.
  15. Is the hurricane 3 neo still worth it after tack reduction?

Haven’t used this rubber before but I believe it would still be a good buy as even after the tack reduction, it is still one of the tackiest rubbers around. The tack reduction may make it easier for beginners and amateur player to pick up and use the rubber-slightly more forgiving compared to...
  16. My handle smells bad! HELP 🤢

Oh, as a user of a cork handle jpen, this is an especially bad issue. I put those silica globules packets inside my bat case to reduce the moisture and hopefully make it less stinky. And when you get home, air out the bat which may possibly make the smells dissipate faster.
  17. Practice style dilemma - full force or playing nice

Yep this is certainly an issue, especially if your training partner is a the same level or lower than you. Most if not all the times for practice I can't put full force. It would be way to short and just not fun by then. In addition picking up the balls over and over would be tiring. However...
  18. Trying to fix my robotic forehand

Waiting to find that someone. For now it's old penhold uncles who don't understand what you mean and when you want to play forehand the hit short and into your backhand.
