  1. How much $ do you spend on coaching?

what is the difference between the two coaches? do they teach the same stroke differently?
  2. How much $ do you spend on coaching?

A coach should be able to help with technical issues like reading the spin on the ball. They can also help with physical and tactical issues to some extent. Mentality is probably the only thing a coach may not be able to help a lot IMO.
  3. How much $ do you spend on coaching?

I don't have regular coaching, but I regularly practice with 2 or 3 players. We do drills and swap roles for feeding. Last week I had my first 1 on 1 coaching session in a very long time (because for the life of me I could not figure out how to play BH properly). that's 70 GBP for 2 hours...

can you compare them in more details? What make you prefer B2POS?
  5. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

How does a rubber gets faster by putting it away? I would have thought that any factory boosting and/or tension in topsheet/sponge will decrease with time and hence make the rubber slower. I can understand why it may feel better because that is subjective.
  6. Haifu rubbers are they good?

true, the tackiness could be changed, also the sponge beneath could be anything. I just think it is unlikely for Haifu to have some massive change/development in their no longer ITTF approved rubbers.
  7. Haifu rubbers are they good?

On revspin, review of haifu Whale 3 goes back to 2012, before 40+. So at least the topsheet modrl is quite old.
  8. Haifu rubbers are they good?

did you measure the weight of the uncut rubbers and the hardness? I am not surprised that Haifu rubbers are relatively light. Rubbers are getting heavier since 40+ Era.

no I haven't, but it's supposed to be "super tacky" (which mean just tacky nowadays). So unless you are used to playing with something like H3 37 or normal CJ8000 on BH, I don't think it would be fast enough. I think it would be better to save it for the beginner. Just borrow it for 5 minutes...

I didn't boost any of mine so maybe that's the difference in our experiences. I also won't expect zero fluctuations in the sponge hardness of a 10 dollar rubber. I think for Rxton 1 Plus, either you put it on FH unboosted or keep it on BH and boost a little bit to make it more bouncy.
  11. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

It works ok for me on the FH, but it feels relatively soft (feels softer than Rxton 5). It is a easy to use with limited ceiling kind of FH rubber. Usable but Rxton 5 and Rxton 3 pink are better for me on FH. Maybe put it on a blade that you feel is too fast.

I will get Rxton 9. I think domestically H3 prov BS is about 200 RMB, same range as Rxton 9.
  13. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

I would get it in China with the domestic price :)
  14. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Aliexpress price is usually 50-100٪ higher than the domestic price, so R9 would be at least 50 usd?
  15. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

isn't that the same as DHS Neo rubbers and other factory boosting?
  16. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

I am still baffled why Haifu stop making ITTF approved rubbers. Maybe the seamoon oil is selling too well and they lost all kinds of ambition.

I will dissect the frog, from my point of view. @Attitude may find something else funny. 1. You first stated that it is difficult to judge a player's level just from watching them hitting (I agree with this). Then you just went ahead and judge their levels just from watching them hitting (maybe...
  18. Cheap alternative to D05?

From what I've read online, D05 is around 50d+ on ESN scale. Relatively affordable Euro/Japanese rubbers with that sponge hardness include DHS Goldarc 8 and Stiga Mantra H. A lot more options if you are willing to go down to 47.5d. I don't think there are Chinese-made rubber (Goldarc is ESN)...

http://www.dku51.com/article-11196.html Not sure if this article is 100% accurate, but here's a summary: - 22# blue sponge exists back in 38mm era. Ma Lin and Kong Linghui used 22# blue sponge with Globe 999 - 20# orange sponge was developed for 40mm era. They were used in Hurricane 2 and...
