  1. Should I give up using tensor on backhand?

Now if only there were 48 degree rubbers that were even slightly tacky. Not even to the point where the ball stays on the rubber for 1 second.
  2. Should I give up using tensor on backhand?

Doesn't he use K3 both sides?
  3. Nittaku Hina Hayata H2 Review

Bet Between those 3 blades, what can you say about their handles? Are some better for small hands or are they like viscaria's (which is too bulky for me). I got somewhat small hands and I need smaller handles to comfortably adjust my grip during play.
  4. I've graduated.

The coach needs to graduate with him
  5. how comfortable are you with hard (53+) rubber on your backhand?

Preach, should have seen this thread earlier. Trying out R53 on backhand ans I needed to boost it as it was too hard. (Long arms, almost underweight). The balance of the racket is incredibly head heavy and my wrists are dying. Back to 48 degree rubbers for me, once I deplete my r53 spare.
  6. Opinions on xiom omega VII rubbers

    Omega china guang?
  7. Thin topsheet thick sponge rubber

easier to activate, to grab the ball. Think about it, if our strokes are relax - explode - recover. Isn't it better to have a low initial energy requirement then have a hard sponge to bring us all the way through? We have less speed when we first contact the ball than when we finish the stroke.
  8. Thin topsheet thick sponge rubber

Add Gewo nexxus, joola rhyzer and newer like dynaryz. Xiom omega 7's are also.
  9. What is the spinniest ESN hybrid rubber for Joola Flash ball? (seamless ball)

Do you have any recommendations for backhand rubbers. I tried using my 1 month old on my backhand and it had great power, just a little bit too hard at 54-55 degrees for me to use consistently on over the table counterspins. Anything within 48-53 degrees should work for me. Preferably 50-53 as...
  10. Is Victas V>15 EXTRA a good backhand rubber ?

Man I'm super sad. I WANT to love this rubber. But hot temperatures just destroy this rubber (aka all of SEA). I've gone through my 3rd with my 4th still sealed in 5 months. Even my H3 and tau 2 aren't doing well in that department, (It's 36-40 celsius at 6 pm where I train). I don't know what...
  11. Compare Victas Rubbers

Off topic, whats the difference between the normal tour and the tour i that you have?
  12. Longevity of Hybrid rubbers

Some rubbers become a brick, some rubbers become softer. The ones that become softer last longer, so those with boosting. Usually what goes is the topsheet which is the limit for most rubbers.
  13. NEW Stiga Mantra Pro

Sounds like a good rubber for me. I need to get a harder version of my V>15 as it's too soft when I exert power. It's all go with a short leash. It's 37 dollars here in Thailand. Maybe I'll try out the Mantra Pro H and drop a review as well.
  14. Compare Victas Rubbers

V>22 is just a harder 50 degree V>15. Its not worth changing from V>15 to V>22. So its either you choose V>15 or V>20. Now TDE is a hybrid thats very close to H3.
  15. Gel Blade or Gel Rockets

Really Im just hoping that where I train is mostly wooden floor or like a layer of rubber flooring. The Philippines usually have the floor in concrete or tiled and then put a mat of rubber for grip. I'll try out the rockets and see if im heading towards the right direction.
  16. Gel Blade or Gel Rockets

Unfortunately my mizunos are going through the ringer. I'd give them 4 more months before the grip becomes dangerous(-ly slippery) to me.
  17. Gel Blade or Gel Rockets

I've used Stiga Liner 2 and currently Mizuno Wave Drive 8. I changed from Stiga Liner to Mizuno's cause high tech and I could treat myself. But where I used them differed a lot. The Stiga Liners were used in mostly concrete/tiled floors and rarely wooden and gerflor material. The Mizuno's are...
  18. Is Victas V>15 EXTRA a good backhand rubber ?

I'd like to use the black but I have the black side reserved for chinese rubbers or my current xiom tau 2. I'm using a red V>15 so maybe its different. Edit: I keep an old red V>15 only 5 months old. It's still plenty bouncy but its always the spin potential that dies with age.
  19. Is Victas V>15 EXTRA a good backhand rubber ?

After my 2nd time around, I am yet again hit with the reason why I wanted to move away from V>15 extra. It changes it's characteristics after some time aka short peak performance. It becomes softer and feels like a thin topsheet-ultramax sponge but without the hardness or catapult of it. It...
