  1. Paris Olympic Games 2024

You do you man... It's not like anyone is going to care about your proclamations, is it? :ROFLMAO:
  2. First Hurricane attempt

I'm sure you will receive 1001 answers to this question, but here's my opinion: H3 works well with both outer and inner composite blades; just try it on whatever you are most used to and see if you like it. As for the boosting, I would still go for 1 to 2 thin layers (I generally use regular...
  3. Paris Olympic Games 2024

Just to be clear, the bracelet says "fuck cancer"... I think Truls previously spoke about a friend of his with cancer, so this must be his way to show his support.
  4. Paris Olympic Games 2024

You sure that's the correct score? 😜
  5. Secret Agents of China in Paris Olympics 2024

Mmmmh, no... It's actually another North Korean player in Women's Singles (Pyon Song Gyong). That said, I agree with you and would also like to see Ri Jong Sik's level in singles!
  6. Paris Olympic Games 2024

Also, can anyobdy in Japan help me with TVer and live viewing? I find it quite unintuitive, as it seems there's a couple tables at a time only... is there a way to specifiy a time schedule / table inetrest? any help with specific table/schedule would be very appeciated...
  7. Paris Olympic Games 2024

Well well well... Japan out and PRK in isn't what we would have expected for XD! I hope more of the tourament is going to turn out this exiting!
  8. Fancy blades are just not worth it

That's because of "big PP" Gozo, not because of tensors! :ROFLMAO:
  9. Paris Olympic Games 2024

If they even dare to try to also use WTT's side angle for broadcasts, I swear I'm boycotting professional TT for the foreseeable future... 😡
  10. Hurricane III outlaw rubbers.

Obviously he will continue spewing his nonsense, sprinkled with some misinformation and a couple lies on top... :ROFLMAO: And what was that about the hardness of the rubbers of CNT players? Ffs, DHS even markets the player's versions of H3! A quick check would have easily corrected that...
  11. Team China is worried of the Italians.

Well, he coaches the players he has... It's not like he's going to say to a 20-years-old: "I know you played this way for the last 15 years, but let's ditch those pimples and start looping on the backhand! Also, do you feel confident for the next WTT Star Contender that will start in 5 days?" 😜
  12. Team China is worried of the Italians.

Coach Costantini is doing an amazing job with the Indian national team, but I seriously doubt he "created" the crop of long pips players... He actually has no say in the young players development, he selects/receives the best India has to offer as adults (already or mostly formed playstyle-wise)...
  13. Adhesive rubber protection

I do the same and I have 4 sheets that are 2+ years old and perfectly serviceable...
  14. Will Butterfly eventually drop the price of the 'Tenergy' series?

This is like 50% of the people I play with since I came to Japan! :ROFLMAO:
  15. Dignics and its Effect on Sales of Tenergy and Rozena

I have no idea if shops would be interested in selling internationally, but I seriously doubt they would like the hassle. Most shops cater only to their club members and often order directly for them, as they have limited stock... But I am in Fukuoka, maybe some big shops in Tokyo or elsewhere...
  16. Dignics and its Effect on Sales of Tenergy and Rozena

You can find these prices even on amazon.co.jp... Generally, here in Japan, most specialized shops are tied to TT clubs. The club I go to, as well as another couple I checked, applies 20% on Butterfly retail. Some clubs/shops have deals and can go even lower than that. That said, most big...
  17. Dignics and its Effect on Sales of Tenergy and Rozena

Just to add another point of perspective as I'm living in Japan for a while... I can easily find Dignics between 7500 and 8000 Yen (43-46 euro, 47-50 US dollars as of today's conversion rate) and Tenergy for 6700 to 7000 Yen. What's even crazier is the prices you can find Rakzas and Fastarcs...
  18. Blue sponge on backhand?

They are the codes associated to the sponges in DHS rubbers. #20 is the orange sponge (like that of Hurricane 3 commercial), while #22 is the blue sponge.
  19. FS: Pen Hold blade supporter - SOLD

Well, that would certainly help with your grip style! It's a cool solution with the molded clay! I see you put more of the index finger on the blade face than I do. For me, only the final phalanx of my index is on the blade... It's probably due to hand proportions and size. That said, I don't...
  20. FS: Pen Hold blade supporter - SOLD

It's not like there's the one and only way to hold a cpen blade... In fact, I use a "wide claw" grip because I find rpb and transitioning fh/bh easier that way. The way I hold my blade, my index finger doesn't even touch the handle, so there would be no benefit at all with this "finger support".
