  1. Xu Xin vs Adam Bobrow

I actually like the fact pretty much that even the top players of table tennis seem so close and reachable to play with, as once a comment somewhere stated (maybe in the TTD Timo Boll ALC Review Video). It is not like when the crazy fans want a piece of you, like in soccer sometimes. During a...
  2. What's wrong?

Could be the case. I have started playing with it a month. Before that I was playing with Tenergy 19, which is considerably softer. Maybe a matter of getting used to. More training and training is to be done! Thanks for you input!
  3. What's wrong?

You are right. I'll just try to think about is the lack of precise technique, as during training it was flawless, only in the match situation was it somewhat bad. During matches I tend to miss out on good technique. Thanks for your input!
  4. What's wrong?

This is what I'm thinking about too. Last time I had a match and had to step out to the backhand side to hit one with the forehand I hit it into the net and thought because I hadn't hit the ball well enough. Not so long after that I was hitting with one of my teammates and all the forehand loops...

  6. Uprgrading to a faster and spinnier rubber

I have once played with a player with an Evolution MX-D on her forehand. She produced fast balls with plenty of spin. Maybe this MX-D could a possibility to look into.
  7. What's wrong?

I have started playing with Rakza Z on both forehand and backhand. On the forehand the rubber is a little over a month in age. The grip and tack is still there as far as I can feel and tell, but I still experience some slippage when I try to topspin. So far I have experienced even when the ball...
  8. New Bluestorm rubbers

Allright, have it your way. Good luck in finding the best rubber for you!
  9. New Bluestorm rubbers

I might take a raincheck on that. As for as I know it is heavily factory-boosted, meaning once it evaporates, it becomes far too slow or even unusable. But others might think otherwise.
  10. Rubberless bats?

Now this is something I thought I would never see. Can't wait to watch the video.
  11. Cybershape Carbon

I have played with the Cybershape Carbon for two months. I have played with the Innerforce Layer ALC for three months. Both are innerforce type blades, but the Layer ALC felt much more flexible and Cybershape much more stiff and hard. It was hard to create good spin with, but Layer ALC was so...
  12. Victas V>15 Extra blue and Victas V>22 Double Extra Blue problems?

I have read that the lifespan and durability of V>15 is pretty short. After 1-1,5 months it is pretty much dead and lost most of its grip.
  13. T19 v T80fx v Glayzer on bh

I have used the Tenergy 19 for several months. I'm tempted to believe this one would have the most spin between these three. I think it has a good speed and spin with a relatively good amount of control. Definitely more control than Tenergy 05. Keep using the Tenergy 19, or if it feels too...
  14. Is there a short-pimple play like inverted? Looking for an alternatives for Rakza PO

Two review videos that are rather trustworthy about the Spinfire. Now pingpongpaddy have also claimed it is a good tensor short pimples, these videos might be worthy watching.
  15. Is there a short-pimple play like inverted? Looking for an alternatives for Rakza PO

How about DMS Spinfire? As far as I know it also has good grip to it with good speed, could be a rubber to look into.
  16. What makes Joola Flash balls so popular in Europe?

I don't if it used in the whole country, but in the team I play in and the teams and competitions around always use this ball. I have no idea of the particular reason. I guess it is because of its durability and quality.
  17. What makes Joola Flash balls so popular in Europe?

In Hungary we use them for training and matches. Seem okay, they are quite durable.
  18. Rasanter R53 vs Dignics 09C vs Tibhar Hybrid K3?

As for durability, I believe the Dignics09C will last longer. I've read that Rasanter R53 shrinks after a couple of weeks, but might have been a bad one. The Butterfly stuff seem to last longer, but of course it is also a matter of usage, care and if it is well-made in the factory (sometimes you...
  19. Two new Cybershapes from Stiga (Clipper & AC)

I'm tempted to believe more and more Stiga blades will have this Cybershape version available of them. I actually like the fact Stiga is spreading this headshape for more and more of its blades. No wonder (for me), I love my Cybershape wood very much. I think both will have good sales, as both...
  20. Is the Donic Baracuda the same as it was in the beginning (2009/2010)?

I see. So it was indeed modificated, both topsheet and sponge. That's good to hear. Anyhow, it works great for the plastic ball, so I guess I'll just stick to it. Thanks.
