  1. Tensorlike rubbers on innercarbon blades

Awwwww, so glad to see you on the T-Rex arm side :3 I always felt minimally insecure with your NH3PTB setup while I can't make it work on my BH side wth that stone. On FH it's lovely but just not managing the heft on BH. I also wonder how @Attitude musters up 210g with RXton 9 and H3 37 deg...
  2. Sweden Classic + Rakza Z

You can but you need to use quite a bit of force. But even without your own force sticky rubbers react less. I don't know if it's because of the stickiness or the topsheet lazyness or sponge hardness. I think my concern with the Yasaka Sweeden Extra with harder rubbers would be that how much...
  3. Sanwei target national new version

Recently I got a new STN from @mocker88 along with a Gear Hyper Blue and I have to say the STN is really good. Without any boosting or treatment just sticking it on my Cybershape it feels like a deliciously boosted H3 blue. The new STN is very pleasing rubber, I think Sanwei nailed it. I would...
  4. Tensorlike rubbers on innercarbon blades

I don't know how anyone can deal with 210g rackets, that is just too bloody heavy. @latej would probably call me a wimp and I would accept that with some grace but I see most top 30 players in the world hover around 185-195g and I am strong as heck but even I feel 195g is a bit too much head...
  5. Moon 12 Blue on sale!

More Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. So I have been playing more with the Moon 12 blue on BH mainly the M- and it's just fun. I don't know about you guys but having fun is so underrated. I just wanna play with the Moon 12, I really do and wanna explore it more. I have a mean ass FH and I bet even the...
  6. Tensorlike rubbers on innercarbon blades

I just glued the M+ on the Cybershape it's about 48g cut. But Cybershape is bigger so it's super consistent. Yinhe QC for topsheet and sponge quality is excellent so far and I have a H-, M- and an M+ all bought from the store with the lowest possible price at the time.
  7. Conspiracy theory being played out vs defensive styles. Follow where the money goes?

I think defenders are also more attached to their gear so once they find something they like they will use it. Sure some attackers are the same but I see more EJ attackers than defenders. So there's that aspect too. But big makers could just charge more for defender blades to have the same...
  8. Best anti to try out

One of the players in the club has a TTR-Killer from DMS. It's a fast and a bit bouncy anti for aggressive play. I tried it and I can attack with it. It makes the ball wobble too so it's nasty. The high speed wobbly knuckle balls are difficult to deal with. The biggest problem with DMS is that...
  9. Tensorlike rubbers on innercarbon blades

The most important is to find a rubber and blade setup that helps you develop the feeling of the backhand. Some rubbers help to achieve the feeling more than others, the rubber doesn't have to be "the best". There isn't any point in buying D09c or D64 just because they are "the best" if the...
  10. Tensorlike rubbers on innercarbon blades

Probably the Vega X is really fine. What has kept me from trying it is the reports of it being heavy. Around 52g cut for a standard BTY head with max sponge. I suppose 2.0mm is sufficient too and then maybe it's more like ~48g. The G-1 superthick is also "just" 2.0mm.
  11. Tensorlike rubbers on innercarbon blades

The H- I have cut originally to W968 I have tried last time with Sanwei 75 PBO which is like a 6mm thickish TB ZLC but it was so fine. But that is not a Viscaria type blade. Maybe I will try it on one if I feel like it. On Cybershape the M- is pretty great too. I have an M+ incoming for the...
  12. Tensorlike rubbers on innercarbon blades

I don't know why but from the blades I tried the Moon 12 has always been very good on koto top ply despite inner or outer carbon and on limba top plies very forgettable. On W968 for me G-1 with a light layer of FTL was the best (without FTL G-1 is only "OK"/MEH). I suppose newer ESN rubbers are...
  13. Mizuno Q Quality a cheap and performant tensor that matches Tenergy 05 at half price

Q Power is a bit lighter than the Mantra XH. The Mantra Pro M is lighter than QQ and H2 and for me it's a much better BH rubber. But for just FH use I think the QQ is better than Mantra Pro M since QQ has this hard feeling when you hit it harder. But of course it depends on playing style too...
  14. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Today on a friend's racket I tried Palio The Way in red and red sponge and I had LAC vibes. I think the Palio was a bit softer a bit bouncier, and easier to use. Not gonna lie I enjoyed it. It has a funny topsheet as to the touch it feels more grippy, but it can lift the ball but when I hit the...
  15. Rubber for recreation

I think you have a good idea about the Andro good and gtt they are both pretty good for your purpose. Maybe you can also try 729 Sky wing, focus snipe 3 or Yinhe Moon 12 blue and all with soft sponge. The good thing about these is they are all half or third the price of the andros while...
  16. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Did Loki really just steal the those pictures with the rubber and the ball from the Butterfly Bryce Highspeed demonstration video? Coz the rubber with the white sponge looks nothing like the rubber in the bottom with the red sponge. Aside from the color the pimple structure is different, also...
  17. What is the best ESN Hybrid rubber for FH?

Hmm, I think the pips are the same but maybe they are more close together on the Codexx. I wouldn't read too much into it. The K2 is a few years older rubber, maybe they tweaked the topsheet formula a bit. I don't think they are 100% identical either but they both look and quack like a duck 🦆
  18. Beginner Friendly Hybrid Rubber

Yinhe Moon 12 softest version is a quite a bit bouncy, maybe a bit less bouncy than Vega Euro, it is slightly tacky too and very easy to use for blocking and just basic stuff. Also very good for higher level players. Best thing about it is that it's dirt cheap, around 15EUR a sheet.
  19. Rakza Z to Tenergy 19 for BH?

If you find Tenergy 05 too bouncy then stay away from T19. Probaby what you look for is something like Yinhe Moon 12 Medium hard.
