I have a similar product but have struggled to find any real drills with it that help me, so I Ma interested to hear more from those that have found it beneficial.

I have two Mazunov (both 99g) and one is 1500 and the other 1470hz. My innerforce layer ALC are 1380 and 1430 88-90g)

I did some shadow work a few mornings back - it certainly fatigued me! So, would you suggest shadow of say a FH loop followed by a bounce back to recovery at point of estimated ball contact with the other side of the table (then repeat)?

Great vid - it really shows the difference that a subtle movement made in the BH result and quality. I have continued to struggle with remembering to practice this consistently - I remember and try and then I forget.. I need to be more mindful and build a habit of this bounce step.

Yes, it’s definitely an outlier on the 5 ply side but also on the all wood side given it’s feel and speed.

Me neither really, until I stumbled across a 99g Mazunov - that’s a whole different level and changed my thinking about 5 ply/all wood completely. Feel, touch, speed and balance..

I found myself pulling for LGY - he has so much talent and is just an amazing athlete but has struggled to perform at his best. He really exorcised some demons in that match and fought to get the win - I hope we see more of him winning again.
