  1. What makes Joola Flash balls so popular in Europe?

I play a decent amount of tournaments. and 6/10 times they use Joola flash. They are so cheap to buy for tournaments or sponsored players. a My friend told me he got a box for free to train with.
  2. Looking to improve my legs muscles

Go to kickboxing for 2 months, easy improvement and fun to do.
  3. Looking Backhand rubber with long durability on FZD-ALC with

Rozena is 45 degree, rakza 7 soft is 42. Perhaps you had a weird sheet but my durometer said it is also harder. Rakza 7 soft is bouncier so faster, that makes it feel harder ig?
  4. Looking Backhand rubber with long durability on FZD-ALC with

I agree with Fedex78, go try looking for 45 degree rubbers. M2, Acuda s/p2, Rozena are all kind of what you are looking for
  5. VOC GLUE AND BOOSTER

I did it once and it turned out fine. I didn't feel it did much on hurricane, while boosting did. It is okay to use it as glue, but i'd rather use Non-voc glue to attach boosted rubbers.
  6. New BH rubber on Butterfly Primorac

Is very spin reactive. Amazing rubber for active returns and open play and, but not what OP said is looking for.
  7. New BH rubber on Butterfly Primorac

Glayzer i tried for a solid 7/8 hours, take it with a grain of salt. Let's say rozena speed is a 10 in rating, Glayzer is 13. And spin is around 12. It is a slight upgrade in the speed and spin category. Glayzer has a harder sponge that is slightly less forgiving in blocking and passive play...
  8. New BH rubber on Butterfly Primorac

My friend has Tenergy 05, It is faster than Rozena by a good margin. Rozena is less spin sensitive, it makes passive play easy close to the table. It is medium hardness that isn't overly bouncy. I'd say that fits ur description of what you want almost perfectly. Tho it does lack spin in the...
  9. New BH rubber on Butterfly Primorac

If you like butterfly spring sponge perhaps Rozena suits you. You gave the perfect description of rozena. But if you want more spin/ more spin sensitive Donic acuda S2 is better.
  10. Joola Aruna Off Rubber Recommendations 2023

On fast Hinoki carbon blades i recommend Joola Rhyzen 50 pro. I use this on my timo boll alc but it is way better on Hinoki blades. It gives it a lot of control and very easy spin. Counters are out of this world :)
  11. Need Advice on Dealing with Nervous Tension During Crucial Table Tennis Matches

Count to 4, Inhale. Count to 4 Exhale. Got this from wolfenstein, i just say it without accually breathing or counting. I just get so relaxed after i say it. Edit: i say it in my head, not vocal
  12. Best blade for Nittaku Fastarc G-1

    Stiff blades suite g1 well
  13. C-pen handle shape

As a ex c-pen player/ i find flared better. Slightly more wrist flexibility and creativity in the game. I found out round is a bit better for RPB, just a slightly easier transition makes a world of difference.
  14. a journey of tensor and hurricane

Often people tell about how great hurricane 3 is, but after using it for 2 years i find myself going back to a tensor rubber. The confidence of hurricane is truly great, but what do you miss? I switched from using Hurricane 3 neo to Rhyzen 50 pro to really find out. Mostly tabletennis on...
  15. Xuperman Powerplay-x: A Rubber by Xu Xin

can you send his channel link? i can't find it in billibilli
  16. Difference between Viscaria and Timo Boll ALC?

I use timo boll alc, I'd really recommend this blade if you are using a outer carbon and want to switch to alc. Viscaria has more 'safety' and 'control' and i think is good to try out outer alc blades. Visc and Boll are both great tbh, just pick your favorite handle. Viscaria is better to resell...
  17. had an interesting practise match today

everyone is so eager to say change equipment, i think that could help. But i'd say stick to it. against a punch type player taking the ball late makes their punches less strong. You are saying you are consistent, that makes you a strong player. Perhaps a faster all wood blade might help...
  18. Rubbers for kids

Andro good with a heavy 5 ply wood.
  19. Would this setup work?

My advice is sword diamond red fire, i find it a lot like my innerforce layer alc. It is also not headheavy. Handle is a bit bigger then usual if you like that. H301 is also very good, more power and slightly headheavy.
  20. Would this setup work?

H301 isn't too headheavy, i'd still go for innerforce layer alc/zlc. I prefer zlc but they are expensive
