I don't know about Ma Long, it's possible but I only ever seen penholders use it so I assumed it's specifically for penholders.

That might not be a bug, but a feature. I wouldn't want the same tackiness on my BH as on FH. Most players use red H3 on BH side. I enjoy I less tacky H3s or less tacky Chinese rubbers on FH too. I don't see what benefit the extra tack gives to be honest. Maybe in short game and FH flipping it...

Well no I don't. I still would probably prefer the blue sponge though. It has more stability for sure, but the orange version seems to be a lot more spinny. It's much easier to boost the blue sponge or its copies too.
