  1. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Got mine today, I'm glueing it. On the sponge it says it's 41deg. I measured 72g weight with the foil on and the size is 165*165mm. It's on the heavier side.

He knows that 220 and 40 means 2.2mm thickness and 40 degrees hardness, but he doesn't know what AIAX6064 means. He is not alone as I don't know the latter one either. Usually the letter on DHS blades mean numbers. X = 0, A = 1, B = 2 etc etc. On blades they make up a production date code. Not...

I ordered one earlier and I think it will arrive tomorrow. I'm thinking which blade to glue it on. Sanwei PBO or W968. I am leaning towards W968 as it seems to be a faster rubber. Hmmmmmmmmmm

Chinese rubbers are rigid, it's hard to make a new one curl. Some people roll the new rubber with their hand to break their rigidness, then they curl a bit more. That glue looks like one of the German made glues that I prefer to avoid. Imagine removing those from a Tenergy or something with...

This also looks like a Haifu or Winion glue but this should be technically called a speedglue. I don't judge you man, you can and probably should use it just letting you know,

I once bought Stiga Attach Power glue, it's basically a rebranded Finezip. If you can get that cheaper go for it over Finezip if you like it. My problem with that Stiga glue was that it spoiled in its tube. The DHS and Revolution and so far the Winion are great, they don't spoil at all. DHS...

DHS No 15 is superb. Also easy to remove. It's very difficult to buy the 500ml bottle recently

The Nittaku sheets are very high quality. Too bad there is no option to choose hardness, it would make the national and provincial H3s obsolete. And that probably explains why there is no choice for hardness. I've seen CNT using different booster. Black Seamoon. Probably it's one of the reasons...

Hmmm, I have to say I don't know much about pen but if that is Xu Xin's blade then it's so strange. It's worn on the opposite side where I would expect. Ofc he is a lefty so I am taking it into account but still the opposite side. For a righty shakehand player (FH) I say this would be about the...

Oi, I have that glue too. My gf brought it from China along with their booster to me it is basically seamoon. I think this glue works really well with Chinese rubbers.

Ufff, then it bubbled up too easily. Those are not even spots where a right-hander "should" hit the racket often, and pen players usually don't hit too hard either. Someone told me that smart hair leaves dumb head that's why we have bald people. Maybe I don't want to convert the analogy to the...

Oh wow thanks! That's a nice catalogue of Ma Long's earlier gear. Dang, how much speed glue mattered that he was even using a Violin. That blade is so slow nowdays that I can't imagine anyone using it with Chinese rubbers and have much success. Also like Narucross... never seen a living person...

I don't know about Ma Long, it's possible but I only ever seen penholders use it so I assumed it's specifically for penholders.

    Isn't Skyline for penholders?

That might not be a bug, but a feature. I wouldn't want the same tackiness on my BH as on FH. Most players use red H3 on BH side. I enjoy I less tacky H3s or less tacky Chinese rubbers on FH too. I don't see what benefit the extra tack gives to be honest. Maybe in short game and FH flipping it...
  16. How does Nittaku Fastarc G1 compare to Goldarc 8?

I can't say too much but the last and only new sheet of G-1 I got had a reverse dome out of the pack. First I tried to use it like that and I was shocked it played worse than a very used G-1 that was previously boosted. I got that from a teammate to try and I loved it. Then I boosted the new...

Well no I don't. I still would probably prefer the blue sponge though. It has more stability for sure, but the orange version seems to be a lot more spinny. It's much easier to boost the blue sponge or its copies too.

So back to good old DHS. I found a H3 40deg OS and wanted to experiment. It was so old that it still had the previous printing on the sponge and it got unboosted just sitting. Actually, I never liked it, I never really liked any orange sponge H3. They are OK but they always felt slow even if I...
  19. Have anyone tried Yinhe Pro 01x

Well okay, that is not much. I have a V14 pro that one has a super thin top koto ply. I can see through it and see the carbon almost. It also has an extreme fishscale like the ones in this video. And I have a D-715 witch is a Golden Viscaria clone and that has a normal thickness top ply. Maybe...
