  2. How Did I Win or Lose a Match?

I have a video I would like to share too - we have done a lot of work on this thread, between us, on FH loop technique and I recently came across this video that I found to be very helpful in visualising a FH loop / drive. I hope any of you looking at this shot technically, find this useful..

  6. What’s NOT good with Rozena?

Agreed - as an intermediate player who has tried the Dignics you mention here I had that experience. 09c easier to control but hard work, 05 too much for me (harder to manage than T05)
  7. WTT Singapore Smash 2023

    Not that stream unfortunately
  8. WTT Singapore Smash 2023

Can't find a stream here in UK?
  9. What’s NOT good with Rozena?

No - a rubber like Rozena encourages good technique. It may be forgiving but you have to work harder than with a Tenergy to achieve the level of spin and speed you want, which drives better stroke mechanics. The forgiveness element allows you to develop confidence in the stroke without worrying...
  10. What’s NOT good with Rozena?

In my view Rozena and the FX range do very different things and feel very different. Rozena does everything well but with slightly more control, flexibility and speed and is just generally more forgiving - but it’s still a great all round rubber for most players. FX rubbers are softer...
  11. Which Butterfly Blade for Offensive Play with Rozena

I think your decision is a good one - if it were me I would stick with the Korbel and the Rozena and work on technique. There is no reason it should not do all you need of it. Good luck!
  12. Which Butterfly Blade for Offensive Play with Rozena

I am no expert, but I have tried many blades and rubbers, including many inner and outer carbon blades (Inner ALC/ZLC/Viscaria/Boll/HL5 etc.) Currently I am back using an all wood blade (Falcima) and Rozena - for my developing game right now it offers the right balance of speed and control with...

Looking strong NDH, some top quality BH topspin in there vs those pips!
  14. Which Butterfly Blade for Offensive Play with Rozena

Out of interest, what are you not getting enough of from the Korbel?
  15. Why does it seem like I play to the level of my opponent?

Could it be that the higher level players are playing down to your level whereas the lower level are doing all they can (with nothing to lose) to beat you?

  18. Dimitrij Ovtcharov's backspin serve is so crazy!

That's crazy - not short of pace or sidespin either! What do you think is the key to getting all that back on it - high toss helps I guess?
  19. How Did I Win or Lose a Match?

Do you feel it's more critical to be softer on FH right now? (I have either my T05 / MX-P or s sheet of T64FX for that side) whereas on the BH I can choose either a sheet of Rozena or T80FX) My thinking was either MX-P/T05 FH and Rozena BH or T64FX FH and T80FX BH
