The rubber is already so soft. If you boosted it, it may feel like mush, and the characteristics may be really odd. Can't really imagine boosting it.

Fx-P isn't for power at all, off the table loops tend to dip too early and into the net, but it should be MORE forgiving in all other aspects.

I can't imagine where I'd be without having a coach of some sort. Most of the things that seem obvious that you'd never think about even though they make sense just don't cross your mind. Then as soon as a high level player says to do that thing, you'll be telling yourself "well duh! why haven't...

as my rubber wears down I start making more contact with less and less brush. There can be no tire screeching by doing this. If a player's rubbers are worn out and he's still brushing the same, there wouldn't be enough spin to land the same shots as before. It sounds like this player has decided...

It's just bad contact. If your stroke is grazing the ball and then you turn your hips/body to guide it, you'll make solid contact WITH the grazing. There's no reason that you shouldn't make contact with the wood of your raquet, no matter how finely you graze.

Only time I've ever experienced "too much" grazing, is when I graze ever so slightly that the rubber doesn't grab the ball at all. I just call that missing the ball even though it made a tiny bit of contact. And it's always near the bottom of my raquet. Lower level players look at me confused...

Just curious NL, do you work on placement a lot with your loops? Or are you the kind of player to just use enough force to try and break their paddle? A break through the wall kind of player.
  8. Online retailer/ Store

Megaspin sells them. But I doubt they're real even though the site is extremely trustworthy.
  9. Stiga Eternity VPS - anyone has it? any reviews?

It's actually a really common email they get, "why does it say my order is still being processed?!" And then your product will arrive and it will still say that. It's just an error that one of TT11's seller's made. They didn't click that the order had been completed after going through the...

Don't worry about it. It's normal. If they had an issue like it being backordered or something they would email you. They have great customer service.

What impresses me most about NL. Is that he's able to consistently hit his loops whilst standing so upwards. I need to get so damn low to consistently hit my loops. I can't imagine having to adapt to being as upright as he is and still hit the ball. I'd simply wiff and hit the edge of my raquet...

Can't create one for you because it needs to be your identity. If it were that easy to make everyone would be running around with multiple paypal accounts scamming people for money. If you'd like, then yea I can set you up with a PayPal, but I'll need some form of credit card, bank account...

Nobody know's the composition yet? My EJ virus is infecting me hard since my raquet was stolen.

So you think he can deal with spin without pips at that level?
  19. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

Today an old member of our club came back after a 3-4 month hiatus. This is a penholder who plays short pips and doesn't spin the ball much at all but will find a kill shot where it seems like the kill is impossible. I got to talking to him for a while and mentioned hi his footwork is fantastic...

Thanks Carl. The way you explained the heaviness of handle weight clicked very well. I may try to weigh down the handle of this a but and see if the distribution of weight helps. Hit with the new blade with my coach today and initially she said that I wasn't going through the ball, that I was...
