  1. Which backhand rubber should I get?

I agree to this. Feels like genextion might be too much for you at this moment. If you want to know more about hurricane 3 neo check this out. Totally different from the genextion rubbers tough, so if you change you will need time and effort to adjust. I love them, but it's not for everybody...
  2. What do you think abt this setup?

I agree with @belllfador here, why not get a better budget blade? Or just a normal better blade? They don't have to cost much! :D If you tell us your blade budget I can think along with you! Btw, depending on your level, let's assume you are intermediate-ish, those rubbers are not a bad choice...
  3. SOLD

Nice coincidence, we have the exact same blade and rubbers on it. I love the blade and its feel! Whoever buys this will be very happy if they can handle it :)

I will answer in both english and spanish :) - Yes, one of the trainers, Mr Fang, is a chinese penholder. He did the videos with me and helped with some tips last time. Really nice person - Si, el señor Fang es penholder de china e hize los videos con el la otra vez, ademas de darme algunos...
  5. Intensive 5-7 Day Private Coaching in Europe?

Been here once and going this year twice, it's really good and fun, also some spanish people there as well last time I went: https://tt-schule.borussia-duesseldorf.com/ Used to be the best club in europe, so atmosphere is great too. En español: Dusseldorf totalmente recomendable, super...
  6. Query on Timo boll spirit vs Timo boll alc

I believe it's the same user that asked today on reddit and I pointed out to the same sources here, plenty of threads about that before. Thanks @Tyce :)
  7. Glayzer vs Dignics 05

I agree with this after having tried both D05 and Glayzer (normal and 09c, 09c is different though) quite a lot.
  8. Backhand modern weight transfer technique: loading on dominant leg. What do you think or prefer?

Would be glad to! Coming to the TTD event in september? ;) Btw, nowadays I love my backhand too a win a lot of points with it, the above was just a joke the old chinese I learnt with told me when I started haha
  9. Equipment Switch

Yes I agree to this, only if you coach pushes you into a very specific direction without much reasoning behind it (like I've always used this or I always buy at that shop) then you can do your own research, which never hurts by the way, it always surprises me when I talk to high ranked/national...
  10. Equipment Switch

Hey @KTableTennis, interesting story, 3 questions before I say anything else: - I get the feeling that you are a high ranked young player, is this correct or are you more of an intermediate? (you can also share you USATT if you prefer). - Why the change to Xiom? Is it due to sponsorship or...
  11. To step back or not to step back…..???

This is very true as well :)
  12. To step back or not to step back…..???

I usually step back a little bit (and then stay there unless I'm under pressure) if: - I served long, specially top/side/dead - I pushed long on a receive - Whenever I see the opponent trying to open the rally And I don't step back (yet) if: - I served short back spin, as I know mostly it gets...
  13. Backhand modern weight transfer technique: loading on dominant leg. What do you think or prefer?

Feels like she is hitting the ball more than the loopy-loopy indeed, but a bit hard to see what she did in the seconds before the video starts! I prefer this style too of hit-brushing on BH, lin gaoyuan does it very clearly :)
  14. DHS Hurricane 3 Neo: The Complete Amateur Guide & Review

Thank you very much! Glad you liked it :) And yes! I just fixed the link, something went wrong yesterday somehow, but now is all good! I really enjoyed the interview translation so had to add it!
  15. DHS Hurricane 3 Neo: The Complete Amateur Guide & Review

thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed the guide :) Whenever I have some better recorded gameplay I ll send it to you no problem, then you can let me know what you think of it! And yes, H3N requires footwork and the correct technique, I tried to explain that in the guide in the best way I could, with the...
  16. DHS Hurricane 3 Neo: The Complete Amateur Guide & Review

Yeah with that time and care H3N is done haha good to know thanks, I knew it was durable but not that much! And indeed sponge is weak like many other tensors so one has to be careful.
  17. Hurricane 3 + protective films

Yes agreed, very much +1 to what you say here :)
  18. DHS Hurricane 3 Neo: The Complete Amateur Guide & Review

Yes agreed on this, a well boosted dhs rubber lasts 6 months on peak performance and then if not boosted as much, it can easily do 9 months depending on time played. I think with G1 you can also easily get 6 months at great performance, not sure about 9 months, Im used to replacing them after...
  19. DHS Hurricane 3 Neo: The Complete Amateur Guide & Review

Yes I agree to this, I know a fair amount of people who use it on BH as well, it's an excellent rubber overall, I prefer like more linear tensors over very spingy ones, but yeah, I play dhs rubbers so I guess I just like linearity overall :)
  20. DHS Hurricane 3 Neo: The Complete Amateur Guide & Review

Funny I just got the same question today by one portuguese player I helped before. So I will tell you what I told him :) G1 is overall very good, more lively than H3N unboosted but still has a linear nature within the tensors, and has good spin/speed, its one of the best intermediate to...
