  1. Xiom J&H X50 - backhand wonder

I think the X50 is one of the best backhand rubbers, and like you mentioned it is unfortunate it doesn't get the attention it deserves.
  2. Gewo Inventus XT PRO tests

I got it but haven't had the chance to glue it yet. I will reply to this thread I promise.
  3. Xiom Omega 7 Pro durability

O7P lasts a long time. Theres people at my club that play 6-10 hours a week and maybe change it every 8 or so months. If the O7P feels soft for you, the O7A (Asia) might be better. It isnt as hard as it says it is, more like 50 degrees.
  4. Side tape REALLY change the feeling or not? What do you think?

I definitely feel a difference with and without edge tape. With edge tape, the feeling is a little more mushy, and crispy without. But I like edge tape because I tend to hit the table a lot, especially when serve receiving. My solution? Only cover the surface where I hit the table and leave the...
  5. Rubber + Table Question

If you want to stay with something of a similar feel to rozena (hybrid rubbers are completely different to play with), consider some of these: Tenergy 05 Dignics 05 Gewo Nexxus EL 48 SuperSelect Donic BlueFire M2 Personally I like Gewo the most (maybe little bias) :)
  6. Samson Dubina sexual assault case

Strange that he would plea guilty if all of this is "lies". But again maybe he did it because there was a risk of getting a harsher sentence? Guess we will find out soon.
  7. What brand of TT balls do you prefer?

    Gewo Select Pro Joola Prime
  8. Gewo Inventus XT PRO tests

Ordered the 47.5 and the 50 in max. I also use 48 SuperSelect and sometimes 50 (depending on the blade). I was told that superSelect will still remain the top of the line but am interested in how it would perform.
  9. Gewo Inventus XT PRO tests

I have one on the way, not sure when it'll arrive.
  10. Feedback on my loops against backspin

All the previous advice mentioned is great. I think one that is overlooked though is to be relaxed. It looks like you are trying too hard to get the ball over the net. You should be relaxed, which will let you have a fast and smooth acceleration into the ball which will cause you to have a good...
  11. Burned 2k cals playing table tennis yesterday

I just had it on for the whole tournament rather then turning it on and off everytime I have a game.
  12. Super alc

I just tried the Viscaria Super ALC and I agree it has a marginal difference in spin. I think that is because super ALC carbon is harder compared to regular ALC, hence takes more to penetrate the carbon. As a result it doesn't feel as "springy" compared to regular ALC which is easy to penetrate...
  13. Andro Nuzn 50 and 55

You guys got me interested in checking out this rubber :ROFLMAO:, typical EJ behavior. On another note, you can get it on TT11 for $49 - if you order 300 euros worth of stuff. Worth mentioning.
  14. Does it matter which glue you use for the performance of the rubber?

I would disagree. I've felt that free chack 1/2 (Non-Pro version) are really good. I've tried others like Gewo hydrotech, Joola X Glue and the performance was just much worse.
  15. Vega Europe versus Omega 7 Europe

Interesting regarding the shrink, never had it shrink before. But more speed, maybe a little more spin.
  16. Why does the vast majority of top pros use ALC instead of ZLC?

ALC has higher arc, whereas ZLC is more direct.
