Did you watch the replay? The replay didn't look that sky high and the second bounce was abominably low relative to the first bounce. The serve kicked sideways not upwards.

Great job by Fan - I think the number of errors and passive returns he drew on serves won him this match. Dima is going to have to go back to the lab and study that hard. Too many missed aggressive returns and misdirections at critical moments.
