  1. Best (DIY) sponge to apply glue

My colleague uses a cut-up kitchen sponge. Everything is great, the structure of the sponge itself is very similar to Butterfly (where it goes with Free Shack). I tried Nittaku, didn't like it: too stiff and had large pores.
  2. Spinlord Keiler 2

What didn't you like about M2? I played with it for 3 months FH, the problem is that Donic after 2-3 months starts to "play" like "other" rubber...I'm playing the Donic Bluegrip S1 now. I like it better: a little better control, less catapult, and maybe a little less speed... If after 2-3 months...
  3. Bluefire M2 alternative

I agree with your answer. To be honest, G1 is one of the options I'm thinking about, although I understand that there will definitely be a difference from M2, at least according to descriptions/reviews.
  4. Bluefire M2 alternative

I train +- 9 hours a week. I play with a Donic Bluefire M2. I like it, but the problem is that after two to three months of playing it really loses own characteristics.. The rubber is not very expensive, but I keep thinking... maybe there is an alternative (not necessarily Donic) that I could...
  5. Headband sugestion

Yes..I tried buying cheap options on Aliexpress..they look good, the price is not bad, but they "get wet" in the first 15 minutes
  6. Headband sugestion

Hello! It may sound funny, but I tend to sweat a lot, and I also wear glasses. Because of this, I need a headband. I tried several options from Aliexpress, several more expensive options (Butterfly, Donic), but..I was not satisfied with any of them. For a 2-hour workout, you need at least...
  7. Mamba blades, are they good?

It looks good, the photos are definitely "returned"..but I haven't tried them. I really appreciate handmade, one-of-a-kind models (I have two of them). They usually don't come cheap, but they're worth every euro spent.
  8. best tt shoe?

I have the same problem. I wear size 48-49 (my foot length is 31 cm). However, I found a couple of options that make shoes for "big feet" :D Mizuno Wave Drive 9 (I'm currently using them) and before that I had ASIC Blade FF. Manufacturers such as Butterfly, Joola, Donic, Li-Ning, Andro you can...
  9. Spinlord Minotaur - test

Thanks for the reply. It would be great if you could test the Keiler II sometime, it looks like an interesting rubber.
  10. Sponge hardness is not the end of story...

Maybe because you only evaluate the sponge, but do not evaluate the structure of the rubber itself, which affects grip and, ultimately, the thickness of the rubber itself (I mean "rubber" as the top layer)? You would have a completely different feeling if you took rubber's of the same declared...
  11. Spinlord Minotaur - test

Interesting video, thanks. How would you compare Minotaur and Gipfelsturm: what are the main differences and what are the advantages/disadvantages of each rubber?
  12. Disappointed on myself

This situation reminds me a lot of myself... I try really hard, I give it my all (at least as much as I can, because sometimes I get really tired at work), but the results aren't always satisfying. It seems like I really don't spare any of my time or money on inventory, but... I'm not having any...
  13. A table tennis AI???

Interesting. I think I would definitely try this product :)
  14. A table tennis AI???

How is this product different from other, free alternatives such as DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Perplexity and etc.? Because when you formulate the questions like in this example, they give practically identical answers. My question: what is so special about this product that you should pay for it?
  15. OOAK Forums insistently discriminating against @Igorponger 🤬

Well..you can always write a post on nopentest.de..there is a sense of Xeno Glossophobia, because after my few comments and post's in English (i can only write German with Google Translate), i was warned about BAN because i write in English :D
  16. First Short Pips FH suggestion

Thanks! I will look for the video on YouTube.
  17. First Short Pips FH suggestion

Have you tried TSP Spin Magic? I found a few good reviews online, and there's only one new one on sale, 1.8 mm.
  18. First Short Pips FH suggestion

Very detailed answer, thanks. I play with a soft blade (Re Impact Rapier 44). I want to clarify: which Spectol model do you have in mind (s1, s2 or s3)? What thickness of sponge should I start with? For me, good control and at least some ditstruption/confusion effect are more important than speed.
  19. First Short Pips FH suggestion

I've seen a lot of reviews about Moristo SP, but mostly for BH... I wonder if they would be suitable for FH...?
