Thanks. Well all DHS rubber behave the same with 20/22 sponge. I know that. I do hit pretty hard when needed. If the ball is better on 3rd ball attack, it might be good for me'
I do know H3. And I left it, for a reason, so I was wondering about TG2. I did try the Xuperman, it felt too soft. Did not like it. Maybe I should try 39° of H3, I was playing 40°.
Hi all,
I was curious about player review about Skyline serie. I played with TG2 a long ago (I sarted to play with tacky since then), but it might be before the Pball. I was wondering how does it plays in 2026, and if player still plays with it. I know many player are now with H3, I did play...
2nd day of practice. Did not went well, but not specific to the rubber. It rained, so humidity was really high. Early in the session, people got confused by the spin I was putting. The tacky/grip was there, so I could control and attack exactly where I wanted. Unfortunately, humidity started to...
⭐ First impressions
First surprise: despite being a 37° Chinese rubber, it feels quite firm. Honestly, it even feels firmer than a Tenergy 19 to me. You can immediately tell it's not a soft rubber.
The topsheet is properly tacky, exactly what I was looking for.

Setup
Rubber: Tenergy 19 – red – 2.1 mm
Blade: DHS Golden Hurricane Long V
Construction: 5+2 inner ALC
(Limba / Ayous / ALC / Ayous / Limba)
Used on: Backhand
Feel / Touch
The rubber is clearly softer than Rakza Z.
At first, I was a bit worried it might be too soft. I was afraid that on...
This one, the regular Vega China, but some people are confused, so I add VM.
Apparently there has been a Vega China VH. And Vega China +. China + sucks apparently
I have similar Setup as you. I did try VIscaria (which is the same compo of FZD ALC), and it did not suit me. It is very different from HL5. I think you won't like it. If you change rubber, keep the blade, otherwise it will be too much change, and you won't know what the new rubber feels. You...
FZD now plays with Zyre 03 in FH (I think still D09C in BH). H3 suits Chinese TT because of the table + ball combination. Apparently, the ball in china spins a lot more than in Europe. SO H3 makes a lot of sense. Many chinese, including FZD struggled to play in Europe. They play on Tibhar table...
Obviously, equipement is behind talent and work ethic. But, It is easier to sell rubber when the World Champ uses it. That is why we see so many identical (almost) blade with different name. Boll ALC, ZJK ALC, FZD ALC being pretty much a Viscaria. The point is, if let's say Wen Ruibo is the next...
My bad, I meant H8-20, I did a review of H8-80 so I unconciously wrote 80 instead of 20. I will change my first message, so for future reader, I meant H8-20 only in red.
I did like H8 with #25 sponge. Unfortunately, only in commercial. But never played H8-20. But H8-20 is only (or mostly) in red sheet for BH. I used H8-25 on FH in black.
Especially now FZD is using Zyre 03 on the FH. After a bad final in Champions league with lots of FH mistakes. In the Bundesliga final, he seems already better with it. I can't imagine how insane a Zyre with tacky topsheet could be.
@victormanriquey Definitely not a slow rubber. You can put a lot of speed in your shot. I am curious how it will evolve, because right now, It is married at first sight.
Hi everyone,
Just a quick review after one training session with the DHS Hurricane 8-80 37°, boosted with 2 layers of Haifu National White, mounted on the backhand side of a DHS Hurricane Long 5 Golden.

Like I said, same sponge, but neo is treated. Juste the NEO goes to another stop in the manufacturing process the regular does not.
Old H3 was released in 2000, at a time where the speed glue was commonly used. So they developped it with the compatibilty of Speed glue. The organic glue expanded...
