How would you describe the differences between ZL Pro and Hugo HAL – in feel, performance, speed, dwell, looping and in general – not taking price into account? (Considering ZL Pro as backup to HAL.)

Correct, including 1.5 g for the edge tape Nope, it was glued in the store. From the feel and balance, Tibhar and Nuzn are roughly the same weight.

Your experiences will interest me highly as well, you being a more experienced player (and EJ …?). I have the Euro H on my third blade – a Smirnov Ultra [Inner] Carbon – that is of similar speed to the HAL, so if I have time to try it out and compare, I’ll let you know. It’s 1.8 mm though.

Got me a Nuzn 45, red, in 2.1mm today. Payed 40€ at my local dealer. Gonna try it out tonight and report back.

But G1 is 5° harder, so I meant relative to their hardness. But to illustrate what I mean: I feel that the MK-Fx (45°) is way easier in the short game than both the softer Vega Euro (42.5°) as well as the harder Vega X (47.5°). Btw., I never heard the G1 described as hybrid in any sense...

Am I right in the assumption – or rather feeling, from reading these threads – that the Nuzn rubbers are also hybrids in the sense that they are slow/un-catapulty when playing soft and without much power (short game), ant gears up a bit with tensor-like feeling when putting some speed behind...

Oh, I have forgot to change my signature. I played the Euro H on a blade donated to me, that I haven’t played for some weeks, so it’s hard to compare. Will try it out next time again, but my feeling is that it was a much more “dead” feeling. Less catapult, even when hitting hard, so less dynamic...

So guys, could you tell me what version of Hurricane one gets if ordering the this one from TT11? Description is only »DHS Hurricane 3 Neo«, price is €36.79. Is this a version even worth getting, if one wants to dip one’s toes into this whirly water of Chinese rubbers?

Would be interesting to know what you have paired it with on BH. Today, I tried flipping by bat to try out my Tibhar Hybrid MK FX on backhand. Immediately felt better in all aspects than my normal BH (Vega Europe) – More Control and more gears in all directions.
