Well, I sometimes play with the Omega 7 China Guang. And its also very similar to D09c. So in the end, I'm still not sure if 8 is an upgrade over 7 or not.

I have one at 91g. For most people, it feels like a fine weight. I don't find it heavy. If you have heavy rubbers on both sides, it does feel heavy.

Dragon Grip, Dynarz ZGR/ZGX are both good

It's definitely closer to H3 than D09c. I would say it is even more Chinese than H3. Very very sticky, a bit of a deadish bounce, very hard.

I would go with the Bluegrip C2 for sure. Rakza Z is too soft and too slow. Z Extra Hard might be pretty good, but a lot of people might find it too hard.

I recommend Sanwei 75 inner. Similar in feeling, but more powerful.

R53 makes a lot of sense, it is a good choice. Very fast, powerful, spinny rubber.

G1 is easier to use, softer, and I think has higher throw angle. Really good reliable choice. MXD is harder and feels more satisfying, more authoritative.

For me, yes it is the same quality in terms of feeling and playing ability. In terms of woodwork and finish, is it 1% less quality? yes maybe. Definitely think you get 99% of the quality for 30% of the price
