I mean people were telling me I didn't move enough so I ended up doing footwork training everyday to make myself lighter on the legs. The left knee kinda feels weird when moving into backhand side.

Maybe because it is played indoors. yk like some other sports like squash and basketball. I also do work really hard to improve. I consistently play and do footwork training as often as I can. i am starting to feel a bit of pain on my right knee, got any tips?

Not necessarily. I love my 09c its way more controlled than tenergy05 and is tacky, and gives more spin. Although it does have a really hard sponge it is 53 on ESN scale (I think). If you can control the ball with it it should be great.

zlf is a very slow blade and it is not carbon it is just zl fiber

i have never touched a sanwei blade so I can not talk about that. But I have tried xiom and butterfly so I can recommend those brands. for me xiom makes the best hinoki blades

have you tried ma lin soft carbon or is it too fast? also if you want a good all wood 5 ply blade go for xiom all-around s innerforce zlf is also a very slow blade
