Here is xvt 600 and pro 05. Same core thickness. Xvt has higher frequency though because it is zlc. I think zlc works better on this structure though. Zlc feels quick and snappy. Alc feels more muted, without the springy flexy feel.

I haven't tried the 05 yet. I might just return it...because I am not a fan of this structure. I've had a few of this type of blade already, and I don't really like any of them.

I'm surprised to hear that. I can't imagine that a thickened core blade can feel the same as HL5.

Xvt zl 600 is also this thick core structure. But i knew that going in. So its not really a HL5 clone, despite claiming to be w968 structure.

Lol i dont know what you are saying. All i know is that the frequency isnt enough to tell you the flex and feeling. My Stuor Harimoto and Sanwei 75 inner are 1440-1450, but feel much better in their flex and springiness

Yeah. I talked frequently in the past about how my Stuor Harimoto is unusually quick and snappy and responsive. Maybe the frequency plays a part in that.

After a couple days and 2 layers of seamoon, I glued the fake Tenergy 05 onto a blade opposite boosted Target 90. Tenergy has got a nice little rebound now, clearly a step bouncier than the boosted Target 90. Hopefully this also fixed the throw angle and it plays nice now. Will test it out...
