Not certain, but it feels like 39/40 compared to DHS H3N sponges. Rxton III is similar, but with a slightly softer sponge, a little less spin perhaps. The Rxton III worked better for me on my forehand.

It sounds like you're using too small amount of glue, or perhaps the glue is a bit old, drying up directly? I had problems with Stigas Attach Power Glue that had not been used for some months, and not too much left in the package. That didn't go so well. Now I'm using Revolution No 3 Normal...

Yep. Everything comes down to the angle, power, footwork and wrist you put into your strokes. The more you do the job, the more you could benefit from using harder Chinese rubbers. There is probably a better way to explain it... :)

Yep. There's some delay in ordering from China since Covid outbreak, and I guess they have som stock left. And we're talking about half a year or more delay sometimes. I got this directly from their overseas sales department, because I wondered if what I heard was true about EU regulations etc.

I heard from DHS that this wasn't the thing. This was some kind of marketing strategy for overseas market, and as from late 2020 they have started to use figures like 39, 40 and 41 instead of soft, medium and hard for this market as well.

I think that the AK47 Red could be a bit bouncy for a beginner, but it takes time to adjust to new equipment. If you play the way you say with full elbow extension, swinging fast with much power I see that the AK47 Red makes the balls fly too long. Work on your touch, and don't swing like crazy...

Sure. But it's hard to compare a boosted H3 with a Tenergy. You play in a different way with these two rubbers. I can't play any good with a bouncy Tenergy, and the brush looping game isn't working at all. The best I found for my play is a boosted H3 41deg.

What I have experienced with Haifu Seamoon Booster and boosting DHS H3 41deg, Yinhe Big Dipper 38/39deg and DHS H8-80 38deg is that you, with harder sponges get a more "alive" rubber. The H8-80 is a softer rubber, so the effect isn't so big there. I guess the effect is better with harder...

The Yinhe MC-4 is a nice carbon blade which isn't so fast. Perhaps OFF- somewhere.
