    I know and have used such blade that you want. Try the Sanwei Multilayer Z. Its 95 grams and above for the ones who have told me who used them. It is all+ despite having many carbon layers and the control is good.

    Preparation is the key. Before the tournament, make it a habit to "invade" places to play that you are not familiar with the players. It helps you adjust and builds self confidence.

    I also know some players who needed a bigger handle so they use rubber gripsor tapes due to their large hands.

    Tacky rubbetlrs need brush contact because engaging the sponge with little or no brushing gives you a slower ball and also hits the net.

    Im seeing a need to use a bit more wrist and also loosen the wrist. I think it helps you avoid hitting the net.
