Wait, as far as i know having been an h3 user for more than a decade and also used h8, the h3 topsheet is always tackier. This is the reason why h8 is easier to use of because of its less tackiness compared to h3.
Depends on the rubber placed but my setup cannot be considered as really a true head heavy blade. The weight did shift towards the head but it didn't feel as head heavy compared to my other blades.

You will not feel that much faster but it was meant for boosting ad absorbs booster really well. When boosted it is easier to handle than H3 but can be as spinny as well.
