OK, I have a similar problem with the softer (boosted...) H3 37 on my BH. Much easier to block such shots with the harder H3 39 on my FH. Could be that the R7 Soft bottoms out when you return these shots and/or the R7 Soft has a too strong "catapult" effect. A harder rubber could solve that...

Might be a bit too extreme change from Rakza 7/X Soft but definitely allows a more open bat angle ;) Xiom Vega Asia DF (bit harder than R7Soft) has a low throw angle but I don't know if this fixes the problem. Do speedy rallies mean lower power shots and close to the table or higher power...

I've seen slight reverse doming and shrinking but not nearly as extreme. Maybe a bad batch of Seamoon? Will watch my recently bought and boosted H3s and H3N if that happens.

Both DHS and 729 should update their websites a bit more regularly ;) H8-80 or H9? Not on website. Dragon-F and L not on website... If the 47° Bloom Power has the same sponge hardness as my Dragon-Fs (definitely harder than 47° ESN or H3N 37) than this could be an alternative.

That's the problem with TT equipment. Much personal preference and no (widely) available ways to measure differences objectively. B2P boosted or not: both. Throw angle got better but still less than H3. Bloom Power (sponge) hardness: felt softer than 38° or 39° Shore A which both 729 and DHS...

Bloom Power and B2 Provincial are not that similar to H3/H3N ;) Bloom Power is much softer (afaik only 45 °ESN and 47 °ESN available, can't remember which version I got) than my usual H3s. Has lower throw but more tackiness and lacks power (and spin) on high power shots due to the softer sponge...

Nittaku H3 Neo 39 FH, H3 37 BH on a Neottec Mark Carbon. Weight 179g, given that the blade only weighs 79g I got some heavier H3s but the setup does not feel head heavy.

Persson Powerplay was my weapon of choice in the 38 mm era... If I try to bend these blades they show (as far as I can "measure" this with my hands) similar flex and bouncing a ball on the bare blade feels quite similar (the Mark Carbon provides more feedback at the index finger). Will see how...
