What Euro/Japanese rubber or rubbers would you most compare it to in terms of feel, speed, spin and control? What hardness did it feel like on the Euro scale?

The LARC is meant exactly to follow/enforce the rules, it's not a shopping list... Not all rubbers on it are available, and you have to do your own search, it's not that hard.

No there isn't. Viscaria / ZJK ALC / LGY ALC are the largest. You'd have to go the custom route for a larger handle.
