Mocker, Is the N80 more similar to H3 (slow and spinny) or more similar to Big Dipper (bouncier and clicky)? I have heard people say both, so I'm not sure what to believe.

So some people said that N80 is similar to Big Dipper, are you saying they are just wrong? On Revspin people have given N80 a 9.1 rating for speed, are you saying they are just wrong? It sounds like you are quite sure of your assessment.

Well, I like H3N boosted, but I detest it unboosted. It's way too slow unboosted, so I'm not surprised that even CNT players boost it until the pimples are popping out. So, just to confirm what you are saying, are you saying that N80 has the same slow/dead bounce as H3N?

What's not to like about YEO! its awesome. Maybe you should use some easier rubber. H8 and TG2 seem pretty hard to use.

How long does it take to oxidize? I have rubbers that I left with the plastic on it for 20 years, but still looks like its new. I also have rubbers that are 15 years old without plastic on, but just left in a basic racket case that still maintains its softness and grip.

I've seen this happen a lot with old rubbers that are not taken care of. This looks about 20 years old. But I don't know what causes it. Maybe the heat causes it.

I find that its all about length of arm swing. If you really swing big and hard, then H3 is a good choice. If you have a more conservative swing, then ESN rubber makes more sense.

I'm curious if DHS will come out with their own version of 09c. Just take the H3 topsheet and put it on GoldArc8 sponge (ESN sponge).

One, its easier to keep track of your rubber of you think of them in sets of 2. Also, if you just replace your FH rubber, your new FH rubber will be new, and your BH will be old. So somehow the racket feels unbalanced.

Maybe I should twiddle my racket in practice to try to balance out the wear.

Doesn't it annoy you to change your rubber when the BH rubber is still in good condition while the FH is worn out?

Has anybody played with this rubber? What other rubbers is it most comparable to?

Do you have this annoying issue where your FH rubber wears out faster than your BH rubber? Then you feel the need to change your FH rubber but the BH side still doesn't need a change. Does anybody else feel really annoyed by this and how do you deal with this problem?

ive ordered both Beo and Playa before. They are both legit of course, but I find that Playa often has slow shipping for some reason.

That sounds like an excellent setup. If I could make 1 tiny change, go with Red on FH! and Blue on BH. Red feels closer to a true tensor.

I think I found a system that works pretty well. When the ball is slightly above the net height, then I use a hard/flattish drive on BH. When the ball is slightly below net, then I use a more spinny loop on BH. Does this system make sense to play at a high level?
