  4. Unboxing new Yinhe blade : Yinhe Pro-01

Thank you for the details thus far BeTWO. Good looking blade! Let us know how the 2 blades compare in terms of playing characteristics once you've tried the Pro-01. Which store did you purchase it from on Aliexpress?
  5. new shoes

I currently use the Lezoline Rifones but have also played with the Wave Drives 8 (and previous versions too). Both are excellent shoes in my opinion, but are a bit different as some people have highlighted, and it depends on what your preferences are in a shoe. The Lezoline Rifones have a...
  6. What is the best type of wood for Short Pips?

A 7-ply all wood blade is usually a good place to start: Stiga Clipper, Butterfly SK7... The Nittaku Goriki is also very popular with short pips players in Japan.
  7. Spinniest but fastest all-wood blade that you've tried.

It's been out since March 2020. It's a 5+2 fiber plies blade. Apparently is close in kick and speed as a Viscaria but has more of a wood feel. Some pros are starting to use CNF.
  8. World Table Tennis Macao 2020

I hope they'll make replays of matches available too. Gotta say, these 5-point games seem very silly to me... I think the points format should remain cohesive throughout TT or the sport loses credibility.
  9. World Table Tennis Macao 2020

The schedule is there: https://results.ittf.com/ittf-web-results/html/TTE5265/results.html#/results/2020-11-25 It has to be on ITTV if nowhere else. They cannot not show this with the big sponsors and all.
  10. Advice for son - new rubbers

I'd also recommend Xiom Vega Intro on both sides, 2mm. But since he's so new to the game, probably better he sticks to Mark V.

  12. World Table Tennis Macao 2020

The list of players has changed a bit since then: https://www.ittf.com/2020/11/24/32-stars-lined-wtt-macao/ I'm excited to see so many Chinese players and especially the return of Wang Chuquin and Zhao Zihao who we haven't seen in a while. It'll also be interesting to see what Fang Bo still has...
  13. Modern replacement for BTY Oh Sang Eun blade

+1 for the Hadraw VK. I own a VK and a Oh Sang Eun, they're the most similar. The Korbel Japan or Harimoto ALC might also do the trick, or perhaps the Innerforce ZLC (I find ZLC to be especially good for BH).
  14. Chinese Pro Equipment - Rubbers and Blades

Lin Gaoyuan, Wong Chun Ting and Lee Sangsu as well.
  15. Post all TT professionals nicknames that you know or think a new one

In China, FZD's nickname translate to "Little Chubby".
  16. Fan Zhendong and Ma Long's bat warped?

In conclusion, ML and FZD are using warped blades with white edge tape and their hands don't sweat on their handle causing discoloration (like the rest of us common mortals), and FZD is obviously not using a carbon blade (especially not a Viscaria as demonstrated many times before)...
  17. Fan Zhendong and Ma Long's bat warped?

Literally. Like seeing white edge tape on FZD and ML's paddles... ;)
  18. Fan Zhendong and Ma Long's bat warped?

I can see the black/blue carbon layer at the bottom, especially on the right side. It stands out from the rest of the wood.
  19. Fan Zhendong and Ma Long's bat warped?

You guys are seeing things! :D
