I have seen a few threads where people are saying softer rubbers suit the powerwood better. So I was wondering if MX-P or MX-S would actually work as well on this blade as their softer counterparts.
Hi folks,
I have been reading many reviews on the Tibhar Stratus Powerwood and as to what rubbers people have been trying on this blade. From what I can gather, the general view is that FX-P tends to work better on this blade than MX-P. I was going to give the MX-P a try on this blade but now...
How would the evolution series rubbers hold up on a limba/ayous made blade? Like korbel or stratus powerwood? Do they work well on these softer blades?
Hi guys,
Should I varnish my Stratus Powerwood blade before gluing on rubbers? I want to avoid damaging the blade if and when I remove the rubbers. Is this a blade I should varnish and if so how many layers of varnish?
I find myself pushing and chopping a little on my FH. But I do like to attack as I use my pimples to set up an attack with my FH.
She is a good player, she's around 59 years old. She can move well and is an all out attacker. There is no ball she won't hit! She's the weakest player on our team...
So I presume you saw my youtube videos? If you know my standard?
Yes I've come to the conclusion I must try things out to see if they suit my own personal game. One thing I do try to do is get blades of the same weight.
I'm currently looking for a FH rubber in max that really helps to lift...
I'm sorry for being such a pain. That's not my intention. I'm literally just trying my hardest to get as much information as I can prior to purchasing. I will not have any more annoying questions. I've purchased the Andro Ligna FR OFF Blade and the Butterfly Innerforce Layer AL.
Thanks Andy. I was looking at the IF AL and Timo boll ALC. I have not considered the Timo boll spirit as apparently it's a bit 'Marmite'.
I want a blade that will be good in looping as well as touch play. But also 3rd ball attack when I serve. I want something that wouldn't be too bad when...
Hi guys!
I've been looking at the Timo boll alc and the innerforce layer al. Can anyone tell me the composition of both of these?
Also, which would be best suited to a game where when I'm serving I load up on the spin and then 3rd ball attack. But then in a rally I will be very much loop and...
Hi everyone!
I have a brand new never used Andro Kinetic Record OFF blade for sale with a sheet of 2.0mm Tibhar Evolution MX-S in black attached to the blade. Everything is brand new! I am selling as the blade is just too light for me. The blade weighs approximately 86g.
I am based in the UK...
Thank you for that :) very helpful.
How do I know if the rubber has catapult or not?
Is it better to have as spinnier rubber as possible for lifting underspin?
Do you have any suggestions that really excel above the rest?
