  1. www.prott.vip - any experience?

It would be really, really nice if DHS would also give an indication of the specific product to which these codes belong to when those codes are verified in DHS's web site. This would increase - transparency - trust in DHS products
  2. www.prott.vip - any experience?

I ordered a national W968 and it came with the box where the seal was broken. I asked why that was the case and the answer was he opened it to confirm everything was okay. Hm ... okay, however, if it came from DHS I would have assumed everything IS okay. The blade though is authentic in my opinion.
  3. DHS 968 Thread

I sealed my W968 and I would recommend sealing it as I heard of cases in which the wood splintered.
  4. New Equipment -- Budding EJ

Got it. Sorry that I misunderstood.
  5. New Equipment -- Budding EJ

I'm not making fun of you. I wanted to understand why you are not going the easy way with measuring the frequency. However, if you call someone "ignorant" because the person brought your lack of understanding (not in this thread) on the table, you should give the way how you look at people a...
  6. New Equipment -- Budding EJ

I doubt it. Define "quite a lot". I agree the frequency is not the only indicator for speed but it can be measured, that's an advantage for comparison and it's a simple and fast method. In your approach you also have non-measurable indicators depending on your subjective impressions. But if it...
  7. New Equipment -- Budding EJ

That's what I did. But his post described what he does in 2025 so I still don't see the connection to 1970.
  8. New Equipment -- Budding EJ

Do you read out of Lazer's post that he intended to determine a blade's speed in 1970?
  9. New Equipment -- Budding EJ

Er, nope ... but maybe you can enlighten me?
  10. Friendship 729 battle 3

    Yep
  11. New Equipment -- Budding EJ

Why not simply measuring the new blade's frequency?
  12. DHS fans unite!

What exactly do you mean with "light"? The blade only or the whole racket? Did you measure the weight of the blade only? If yes, how heavy was it?
  13. Boosting increases weight?

Yes I boosted a 157 x 150 mm sized rubber 3x with very thin layers of Haifu National White and the weight increase was 4 g.
  14. HAIFU SEAMOON BOOSTER NATIONAL Y/B REVIEWS

The last two, Haifu Yellow and Seamon, show absolute identical absorption curves. If - as you say - the only difference between those two is the yellow dye in the Haifu Yellow, then the absorption curve for Haifu Yellow absolutely must be different. As both curves are the same, something stinks ...
  15. HAIFU SEAMOON BOOSTER NATIONAL Y/B REVIEWS

Have you done the spectroscopy yourself or do you have a source of that information?
  16. Boosting Hurricane 3

I think so, too, but as you don't know what exactly Haifu contains, I guess, you cannot make any conclusions re its chemical reactivity, no? To me Haifu contains something which just supports the longer stay of the rubber softness and as Haifu is thicker the Haifu oil doesn't evaporate so fast...
  17. DHS poor quality control

Yes, right, but I didn't know if the rubber shown also came with such a sticker. Also I have never seen such irregularities in the printing with any of my DHS rubbers.
  18. DHS poor quality control

Are you sure the rubber is authentic?
  19. Boosting Hurricane 3

Thanks. I wasn't aware of that. What about my question for you re the baby oil?
  20. Boosting Hurricane 3

There is nothing such as "chemical absorption". If you boost with baby oil, do you also think that there is a chemical reaction with the sponge?
