  2. Interesting new experience regarding my playing style!

There's nothing to add to that. Excellent carl. Tareq, it can be quite frustrating misreading the serves, but we all been there. It even happens to top level players. So no need to get frustrated, but need for work... :) *story-mode on* Our team booked a training session the last weekend by...

I was actually waiting for someone to say: i need that t80 sponge, no matter what. And if i have to tear off the topsheet of a brandnew t80... I need that sponge.... :D That would've blown it!

  7. Cheap Training Balls (Plastic)

    Nope, you're not... Finally!!! ;)
  8. Re-using removed rubbers

Hey Medax, great to hear/read. If you let the racket 'breathe' (most shops that sell voc containing glues will recommend this) until your match most of the solvents should have evaporated a lot, just in case somebody might want to test your racket for VOCs. But over here this actually only...

Hey Alex, maybe this here can help. http://www.tabletennisdaily.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?11551-Cheap-Training-Balls-(Plastic)
  10. Re-using removed rubbers

Tareq: the boosting expands the sponge Carl, i just did that. Now i need a cup o tea and lie down.... ;)
  11. What table tennis rubbers & blade do you use?

Sounds like a pretty nice collection. Which one is your main set up though??
  12. Re-using removed rubbers

Tareq, i think you missed the topic. What are you tryin' to say? That he should throw away his rubbers???
  13. Re-using removed rubbers

Haha.... Don't worry. This happens also a lot to me. I've learned so many new things on this forum.... Back to topic: i could only see that it contains solvents. It depends a little how strong the solvents are, but the solvent is what makes the sponge expand. Most solvent containing glues dry...
  14. Re-using removed rubbers

I might be wrong, but this actually looks like speedglue to me. If this is the case then there will be no need for oil usage. All you need is 4- 5 layers to expand the sponge and give the topsheet the tension and add another layer when the sponge starts shrinkin' again.
  15. Interesting new experience regarding my playing style!

This little sentence actually 'nailed' it! :D Thanks, man. I get waaaaaay to lazy (if i can)
  16. Interesting new experience regarding my playing style!

Strange... I have made exactly the opposite experience. Especially in shortplay. But also in swinging. I find these tacky rubbers way easier to put the ball on the table cause they're not that springy.... But that might just be me ;)
  17. Interesting new experience regarding my playing style!

Hey Anders, that was actually the main reason why i switched from Desto to Bluefire to tenergy to Spinart to Nittaku-DHS H3 on fh.... As a youth i used to play with pf4 and BH magic carbon (both speedglued). But my coach told me that chinese rubbers are too unforgiving and made me switch to...
  18. Donic Glues

Thanks, i didn't know this. But doesn't leaving the glue on make the rubber a bit uneven? This always happens to mine, when i leave on the old glue.
  19. Cheap Training Balls (Plastic)

Absolutely true. Practice how you play... But since the G40+ has been released, i must say the Easy Ball ain't that bad at all. But we use them mainly for robot and multiball...
  20. Donic Glues

I like the R3 more, but they are not very far apart. I know people that prefer the blue contact cause it doesn't smell as strong as R3. But performance-wise they are close, the R3 just comes off the sponge a little easier, but BC ain't far behind. But as you guys already mentioned: Vario clean...
