  1. Donic Glues

one more thang: the blue contact was actually made for large pore sponges like bluefire etc.
  2. Donic Glues

Varik, it actually really depends what you´re lookin´for. If you buy rubbers and let them stay on the racket until you buy new ones, then the Vario Glue is your perfect match, but if you take off your rubbers every once in a while for a little performance enhancement ;) i find the blue contact...

    You're very welcome
  4. Top 10 Best Points - World Cup 2015

To make it short: you can see many chinese players do this. Mainly 'cause most of them play with a tenergy on bh and a tacky rubber on fh (most likely one from the hurricane fam) which are very good for brush looping full arm swing but not so good at smashing and driving (due to the tack).Hope...
  5. Polish Open 2015

This might be right for the semi-final between ZJK and Fegerl, but i've got to disagree on the second semi-final. FZD scored so many direct points against XX with his down-the-line backhand flip.

Oh oh... Where's my bag o' popcorn... :D
  7. Top 10 Best Points - World Cup 2015

My favourite is number nine, closely followed by number ten and number eight.
  8. Cheap Training Balls (Plastic)

I only played with the joola practice p 40+ for a few hits and can't really say anything but our club uses the Butterfly Easy Ball mainly for robot or if no 3 Star Bally are around. (Mainly cause someone forgot the key to the locker). The balls are pretty round. No 'eggs' in a box of 120, but...
  9. Stag rubbers

The rubber's lookin' nice, but you seem to be right on the ball on the packaging... ;) Pls keep us posted how they play...

  11. Top 10 annoying situations every table tennis player has encountered!

Hahaha... You probably won't believe it, but this happened while warming up for a league match and a ripped a brand new sheet of t05 on the table's edge while doing a bh banana flip... The second one just happened today, when i accidentally dropped my new AH-Blade and now the bh rubber's got a...
  12. Top 10 annoying situations every table tennis player has encountered!

Thanks Tom, great thread. Made me laugh out loud quite a few times and made me reflect about the last couple of years. So here is my experience: #1 happened to me in one of my first league matches after a 17 year long break. I was playing against a young teenager and just didn't find my line...
  13. Which Rubbers & Blades Do Pros Use?

One more question: does the National Underwear also come with a blue sponge? ;)
  14. Why is Japanese Penhold less popular these days?

I must admit that i haven't got a clue. Maybe he wants to train his wrists and get a wrist like Arnie Schwarzenegger... ;) source: http://ittf.com/stories/Stories_detail_juniors.asp?ID=33782&General_Catigory=& But he seems to know what he´s doing. His father is a well known coach for the...
  15. Why is Japanese Penhold less popular these days?

    I believe this belongs here:
  16. Polish Open 2015

Yeah. He's an upcoming youngster named Qiu Dang. He plays a jpen blade but using it more like cpen and also plays RPB with that huge blade... :) He has lost that match though, but just won against Habesohn.
  17. OMRON Table Tennis Robot 2015 Edition

OMG. John Connor was right. We must....destroy.....skynet. ;)
  18. Glue sheets or Glue?

The Andro also didn't stick well on my blades. I also tried the Andro Turbo fix, with nearly the same result, although it lasted a little longer than the free glue, but still came off on the edges after a while. The Vario glue was way better, and actually quite good, if you don't plan to change...
  19. G40+

5 out of 5 rating for G40+ Here is a first quick Review of the new G40+ Ball: After the first 2 training sessions i´m gonna let you know my first impressions of the new ball. We (my clubmates and me) picked randomly 3 balls out of a pack of 72 and we also added the Nittaku 40 cell ball as well...
  20. 3 star 40+

4 out of 5 rating for 3 star 40+ We´ve been using this ball in our club for about 2 years now and still didn´t manage to break one(!!). Its durability is extraordinary. We still got the same two sixpacks of balls since then. No cell ball has been lasting that long. It is very close to the old...
