  1. Butterfly New products: Bryce Highspeed Rubber

More speed? With the Chinese using tacky rubbers and T05 and MX-P ruling? Clearly an invention of the goon squad.
  2. Need advice on what blade to use with xiom vega pro(cheap)

I agree from a pure quality stand point. That said, you have to order on the website and wait for the seller to give you a quote for international shipping (which may take time depending on your order time and time zone but less than 24 hours). Then when he quotes you, you have to pay by...
  3. Need advice on what blade to use with xiom vega pro(cheap)

Part of the reason I haven't reviewed the blade yet is that I ordered a new one from the manufacturer/distributor and want to get it before reviewing. IT's an awesome blade, and because it is a 3+2 ply, it matches my sensibilities better than state of the art 5+2 ply's do.
  4. New rubber

TT11 has sold Butterfly for a while. They don't sell Butterfly internationally because Butterfly gives its dealers regions over which they can sell. This improves Butterfly's ability to control regional prices.
  5. Amateur player with a crazy Backhand

Hey, Marc. I used Amicus Pro (I am sure it is similar to yours). Your flexibility is a gift, IMHO. I truly believe that if you block/counter more at the table with your backhand, then everything else will come naturally and make sense but without that, making the stroke shorter has less...
  6. Boosting - Noob Question

Boosting will not do much or anything for you unless you know how to spin the ball well. I beat many players who boost (well, some manufacturers sell me and everyone else boosted stuff, so I mean I beat players who boost the stuff sold to them) and they beat me too. It's at the higher levels...
  7. Rubber/Blade combinations - Another Noob question

You come in peace, so I come in peace too. The first and most important questions are: 1. Do you get coaching? 2. What are you trying to do with your game? As a general rule, blades add to the speed of all strokes, while rubbers add primarily the spin of spin strokes. The blade's rebound...
  8. New rubber

They do - Butterfly has territorial restrictions on where their vendors can sell, so you can't buy from tt11 - you need to buy from the dealer in Britain. Again, you ducked my question - are you getting the dealer to put together the blade for you?
  9. Nexy Kanaph

Nice story. The goon squad has pictures of you doing the secret handshake with Ding Ning in order to get the Blue sponge boosted version of H8. Don't repeat your story elsewhere or I will track down the goon squad and send the pictures to your wife and kids.
  10. New rubber

Well, are you rejecting Tenergy on price grounds or control grounds? If for control, don't you think that is relevant?
  11. New rubber

Vega Pro was designed to compete with Tenergy 05 - just keep that in mind.
  12. New rubber

Yes Vega Japan is a great rubber. Boosted and shrinks, but still a fantastic rubber. OP has a lot of good choices - it's going to be hard.
  13. New rubber

Do you really believe the world's best players would use rubbers that don't provide a good amount of control? Geez, listen to yourself. Tibhar Stratus Powerwood is a good OFF- blade. But there are lots of good OFF- blades out there. The Yasaka Extra is also good. And of course, your Primorac...
  14. New rubber

You change your mind so much it's never clear what you want. I am just trying to help. And there is information in there that helps you understand rubbers in general, so it's good to be educated so you can make more informed decisions about rubbers in general. Things like the pips structure...
  15. New rubber

https://www.megaspin.net/store/extra/rubber-guide.asp To be or not to be... Existence exists... What would God want with a starship? Dude, the suspense is killing me, show me the snake serve!
  16. Nexy Kanaph

You mean you didn't fall for the claim that DHS Hurricane 8 was made for the plastic ball and just bought it despite having another rubber prior to that? :p
  17. fan zhendong is using infinity, end speculations now

I use a Double Day Loop King with a Double Day Loop King handle. Truth is the highest form of deception in table tennis.
  18. Amateur player with a crazy Backhand

His technique is actually different and based on more spin avoidance than I am using but still very impressive to be killing heavy chop like that.
  19. Amateur player with a crazy Backhand

I tried my own version of this drill since he provided the robot setting. I came nothing close to his results if the robots are truly comparable. I will share so people can appreciate how hard what he is doing is.
