  2. Serve before receiver ready - receiver caught ball in hand

Optionally, rub ball against crotch while maintaining eye contact to assert dominance.

  4. What is Stiga "WRB"?

You are for all intents and purposes boosting a racket, is that even legal? Can they test for it?

  9. Like a Chinese TT Player's BH Topspin against Backspin

I like this video. It shows how you have to go against your natural instinct and trust that the ball will go where it’s supposed to if you execute the form correctly. It sucks for those of us who don’t get to play very often (much less invest in coaching) even though we understand the...
  10. Chinese rubbers in the modern TT era

My whole reason for this post is that the newer balls call for shorter, compact, close to table strokes more so than ever before, and the Chinese style hard, tacky rubbers that require longer, fuller strokes are the antithesis of this. FZD being the exception (for now) because he is built like...
  11. where to buy Xiom rubbers in Dallas Texas

Kim’s place in carrolton (http://www.dallastabletennis.net/New_Club.html) May be a good place to check out (I’ve seen him sell xiom rubbers but I don’t know how intensive his collection is).
  12. Chinese rubbers in the modern TT era

The interesting thing is he wasnt switching to red BH for smash or lobs, which is a given he or any other chinese player would do. What caught my eye is that he began the rally using te red side for service and didn't twiddle mid rally.
  13. Chinese rubbers in the modern TT era

I caught the highlights of the FZD/XX marvelous 12 match. It was very intresting to see XX engage in close to table BH-BH rallies with FZD, and fight his instincts to step back and take full swings. At one point, he even flipped his paddle and started using is BH red rubber on his FH. I don't...

I hade a coworker years ago who had assembled his own paddle, and he had a rakza 7 he bought for $20 something USD.
  17. Crazy ball catch skill by Xu Xin!

I can't watch the video because of the firewall at work, but if it is the video I'm thinking of, you can see ML catch the ball (almost) with the red side of his paddle (he was using tenergy at the time I believe). Also, I've done it once or twice (few years back, after many tries) with my H3N XD
  18. World Ping Pong championship 2019

Agreed. Even as a TT fan however, there is something enjoyable about switching gears from a technical game to a stamina game. It’s dumb but fun, and I love the energy and the non-seriousness. Also, apparently one of the players form China played tt against ZJK when he was younger. So we know...
  19. Cheap rubbers - Am i missing something?

My concern stems from my experience with premades. I've been in those situations where taking a few steps away from the table and the racket bottoms out. Basically, no higher gear. That is what i question when it comes to cheap rubbers. I intend to improve my technique and get better via that...
