Harimoto's forehand is online through out and successfully pin Togami in the bh corner, made me almost feel like Togami deliberately throw the match lol

Tbh, I'm curious if JNT devises some practice matches where the game starts at key points like what we've seen CNT did pre-Tokyo Olympics. Togami often fights hard from early to mid-game then suddenly makes consecutive mistakes so these kind of real match simulation training will benefit him a lot

Kao Cheng-rui has a good backhand but his fore is just too lackluster. Does Taiwan focus on training their backhand too much?

Playing with R5pro for sometime now and I've found another problem, it's the weight. My sheet after one layer of seamoon only weights about 44g, significantly lighter than all my forehand rubbers (~50g) which affect my feeling quite a lot. Finally decided to glue it on my 729 Z2 (96g) to compensate.

Hayata showed some bright sign, her rally ability has gone up, looks like she has deviated from the japanese counter-topspin style to opt for more full swing stroke, which increase her spin and power. Maybe this is the "technical change" she talked about. Now for what could've been done better...

well Lin YJ and Sora are teammates at Kinoshita Meister so there's a factor of familiarity in it, but he's still great for being able to drag Lin to a full game.

Liang/Yuan successfully sees off both JPN MD pair today, they have no problem bringing the play to open rallies to finish their opponent. Shinozuka/Harimoto although made less mistakes than Togami/Matsushima, their attack power were relatively weaker thus they couldn't finish the point in 3-5...

Matsushima took all of his frustration from the MD match and put it on Harimoto, what a comeback. Now he has gotten both of the japanese top players on his resume

Liang/Yuan vs Togami/Matsushima has some fire rallies, sadly the JPN pair made too much mistake and the CN pair ball quality was superb even when being pushed away from the table

 The performance of the whole pair relies mostly on Hayata so if she was offline they'll lose. Furthermore, they have been studied by their opponent to a certain extent.
