  1. Need Advice On Hinoki Blade (J-pen)

No idea how to remove it, sorry mate
  2. Need Advice On Hinoki Blade (J-pen)

No edge tape. I find it leaves behind a sticky residue on removal and doesn't really do much for me anyways in terms of keeping the rubbers from peeling or preventing damage to the blade edge
  3. Non-tacky maximum spin but minimum speed rubber

Hail mary option but if you can overlook the hybrid-y nature, I felt Bluegrip J3 and Nuzn50 share a lot of similar DNA. J3 has a slightly sticky topsheet (on par with if not much moreso than N50 IMO) and a slightly firmer feeling than N50, J3 acts deader but I feel like the grip and spin...
  4. Best No-Booster Alternative to Boosted H3 National Blue Sponge on a DHS W968?

Thing is, boosted H3 is my unicorn. But between the need to reboost or switch out to a fresh sheet, and the qc inconsistency even with national grade rubbers, end of the day for me its fine to stay on hybrids
  5. Tibhar Infinity MX-P and MX-S will be released on May 11!

Looks like it has hardness listed in a tighter range (ESN rubbers are usually +/- ~1 degrees) in both ESN and Butterfly scale
  6. Non-tacky maximum spin but minimum speed rubber

Nuzn50 is a mild hybrid (I struggle to call it a hybrid because its really not all that tacky) but imo its more difficult to compare the two because Helix M is softer and activates a bit easier. I think Nuzn50 has higher speed potential but it is geared a bit slower in the beginning from the...
  7. Tibhar Infinity MX-P and MX-S will be released on May 11!

https://tabletennis11.com/en/38432-tibhar-infinity-mx-p Looks like you can get Infinity MXP from TT11 now. Is it really just a higher QC'ed MXP50?
  8. Non-tacky maximum spin but minimum speed rubber

These are likely more bouncy than what you're aiming for, but when I think of nontacky, highly grippy but not that bouncy rubbers both VS>401 and Helix M come to mind. Far from slow but also not modern-style bouncy like your MXPs and Rasanters
  9. Best No-Booster Alternative to Boosted H3 National Blue Sponge on a DHS W968?

It would be nice if unicorns existed, but they do not.
  10. Cheap Chinese Gear

You can get a soft version of Air Illumina from ColesTT for about $11. For some time you could also get Gambler Zero from Cole for $10 but I don't know if he has it anymore. Though I personally like Air Defender because it has better grip, it is more expensive ($16) than Illumina Special and Zero
  11. Need Advice On Hinoki Blade (J-pen)

G1 is pretty special, it has great performance but is not as bouncy or reactive compared to some of its stablemates like Vega Pro, Baracuda. I used G1 and Baracuda for a while in the past and Baracuda was always bouncier and more sensitive than G1 for me, I liked it on bh better.
  12. Replace Stiga Hybrid M on FZD ALC

Might be worth it to try out Hybrid MK or MK FX
  13. New Stiga blades: Luma and i1

Its a little pingy and metallic because it is an outer with thin surface plies but its not numb like ALC blades. The feeling is pretty good for a fiber blade
  14. Need Advice On Hinoki Blade (J-pen)

I tried a clubmates Miyabi Jpen and the wood quality looked horrible. Felt stiff and solid but lacked the softness and sensitivity of my single ply Jpen blades (Tmax and Vmax). I have an old Musashi (bought circa 2015) that has good feeling but is a bit slow, 10mm is really where its at
  15. New Stiga blades: Luma and i1

Have you tried the Destiny Carbon by chance? I felt it was a very predictable blade with outer fiber behavior, like a tempered Dynasty. Slower than Viscaria type blades imo but not by too much, it might be a good option if you like the Master flared style
  16. Rakza XX vs Tenergy 19

75USD? Tenergy costs $80 domestically in the US
  17. Long 5A translation

    Looks like limba to me
  18. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

They do look nearly identical in terms of composition. But I'm guessing that the ARYX has to be tweaked a bit to differentiate it from the HAL otherwise folks would just buy the HAL. Heres a very rough side by side I mocked up using google image photos: Depending on the total thickness of...
  19. Yasaka Masamune

I saw this post most recently: Not on his personal account so it may be inaccurate but it seems like a chopper would want to use tacky rubbers on a stiffer blade with the 40+ ball
