If you want strong reversal, rubbers like OX DTecS and Palio CK531A are very strong in this area, but they also do not offer a lot of control in terms of manipulating the spin

You can wash the glue off of the white sponges that come with the 500ml bottle of No15, you just can't let it dry first or else it will clump and ruin the sponge. Just run it under water and squeeze out the excess glue

Unsure about Q because I have not used it but Z2 and Mantra Pro are decidedly nontacky Japanese style rubbers.

Just get something cheap, with thin sponge to start out with. Yinhe Neptune or 955, Dawei 388D-1, are good places to start
