Thanks for the reply, was having similar thoughts. I currently play with a Yinhe Moon 12 medium soft on a very hard blade, which isn't too fast, tbh I might go for the medium hard Moon 12 for a tad more speed.

Not tried it, but it doesn't sound like something outlandish you are suggesting. Tenergy 05 as higher arc and probably bit faster, but similar hardness alternative to DNA Platinum M on an offensive 5-ply wood blade. Sounds like its worth a shot.

Gonna play my first session tonight with an AK47 Red on the BH. Teammate loves his AK47 Yellow, which is a bit too mushy for me on my main blade. Only drawback is that the edge chips like it's trying to be a Tenergy rubber.
