Just wondering for all the penhold LPers here, what penhold blade do you use and why? I'm thinking of potentially acquiring an actual penhold blade rather than using my spare Harimoto ALC at the moment to put on 388d-1 OX and Victas Spectol S1.

I think most ppl choose Viscaria because of the BH feeling, not the FH. There are probably better alternatives for FH power and spin like 968, but for me I think my BH is more important.

I actually chiquita with much more spin with the same D05 rubber with Viscaria as compared to Harimoto ALC. I tried a lot of setups by friends etc and none gave me as much spin as the Viscaria + D05 combo. I don't really understand too haha

Could you also report back on the durability? I actually prefer 09c to 05 on my FH but stayed away due to durability issues.

I used to use it, it is amazing. I would still use it if not for 09c's bad durability for its price.
